ALONA BEACH

The main attraction of Panglao is the famous Alona beach.
A long stretch of white sand, turquoise water and super chilled beach bars and restaurants.

It does get quite busy but because it’s quite a long stretch, you will most likely be able to find a quiet spot on the beach to chill and enjoy the sun.

ALONA HAMMOCKS

Created by the beautiful owner Renee, this place boosts with love and amazing atmosphere.

PHP300 per night, per person including super nice breakfast.

Surprisingly comfortable, good wifi, and very cheap for being in Panglao and close to everything. But the best part was definitely the people. I met so many nice people here and the staff were so nice, Nathan, Adrian, Chad are so amazing and accommodating. I really considered them a friend after three nights there!

Budget backpacker, you will love this place. It’s all open space, hammocks as beds, but there are mattresses with mosquito nets and that’s mainly where people sleep. The bathroom is super simple, as in – a bucket, but just go with it and it’s not a big deal at all.
