FLYING SAFELY WITH PAL

PAL continues to implement Fly Safe practices to protect our passengers, in compliance with international health and safety protocols.

Masks are no longer required on flights to and from the Philippines, in compliance with Philippine Government Proclamation No. 297 of July 2023 that lifted the state of the COVID-19 health emergency, including the mask mandate and other COVID-19 protocols. Our passengers have the flexibility of choice to wear masks or not.

Passengers may still bring their own face masks to use when they travel, if they prefer. Please note that masks may still be required for some destinations based on the laws and requirements of other countries. For flights operated by Philippine Airlines’ codeshare partners, please check with our partner airlines about their respective mask policies.

All PAL aircraft are equipped with high-technology systems that continuously infuse fresh air across the cabin as well as HEPA filters that trap viruses, bacteria and other contaminants with 99.99% efficiency. The air flow system creates a cleaner environment that is safer than most enclosed public spaces and comparable to hospital operating rooms.

For more information, please visit Safety Measures page.

Our plans and schedules may change in response to changes in travel restrictions at arrival airports. Kindly check our website Philippine Airlines, or follow our social media accounts for updates.

Beware of scammers !!

eARRIVAL CARD registration is FREE OF CHARGE and does not collect or require any form of online payment. BEWARE of fake, fraudulent, or scam websites and entities which require payment upon registration.

BOQ mentioned on their website that the eARRIVAL Card is FREE of charge.

Question to BOQ: How can a private website, not affiliated with the government; just after registration on www.onehealthpass.com.ph can send an individual an email asking for payment to complete the registration?!

What happens to "Republic Act No. 10173 (the “Data Privacy Act”)" ? https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/OHP-NEW-DESIGN/Privacy-Notice.html

Once you're done with the registration (www.onehealthpass.com.ph) on the same website a QR Code or Barcode form will be displayed on your screen, upon successful registration with the eARRIVAL CARD. No payment will be required.
