Cebu City Mayor Mike Rama signed the new Executive Order 'Oplan Kagawasan Amping Lang' that lifts the curfew, age restrictions in malls, nd aeasing other protocols.

Unvaccinated individuals are also now allowed to enter establishments in the city.
