SERVICES
• Kristine Travel & Tours is an accredited travel agency by the Department of Tourism and a registered regular member of Tourism Promotions Board in the Philippines based in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL SERVICES
• All travel services which make up the tour are provided by independent suppliers such as all types of airlines, partner tour operators, transport, accommodat
ion or any other booked services, visa consultation, and local and international travel services. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions which will form part of your contract with us. BOOKING CONDITIONS
• All flight bookings should be booked at least within THREE business days in advance. Booking less than the suggested period will be at your own risk.
• It is highly recommended that tour packages be booked at least THIRTY days prior to travel date.
• Only fully paid tours will be considered confirmed.
• Travel documents such as e-tickets, travel vouchers will be presented to the appropriate service provider.
• Please be informed that all wrong and misspelled relevant information needed for any booking is subject to applicable penalties and charges.
• Inability to pay on or before the option date shall mean auto cancellation of the said booking. Kristine Travel & Tours shall not be responsible for bookings that at are cancelled automatically due to inability to pay on or before the option date.
• By making a booking, the first named person on the booking will be the (“Lead Name”) who agrees on behalf of themselves and all persons detailed on the booking. And will be responsible for obtaining all the necessary information herein the contract and booking details. Including the payment of the booking, the changes and cancellations, and the required consent of every passenger’s approval into the services booked.
• Flight cancellations and delays of airlines are beyond KRISTINE TRAVEL & TOURS’ control hence, it accepts no responsibility over these events. Additional and incidental expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents and local conditions must be at the client’s expense. VALIDITY OF RATES
• Travel dates, accommodation, itineraries, tours, transportation, and visa prices are subject to change without prior notice and the current price will be quoted and confirmed at the time of booking.
• Other services with surcharge and taxes will be collected from the passenger/ guest/ applicants before booking. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
• The passenger/applicant is responsible for understanding and obtaining all the required travel documents, visas, permits and for complying with laws, regulations, orders, and demands of countries of origin, destination, or transits. TRAVEL TAXES
• Traveling within and outside the Philippines – All terminal fees and other needed travel fees outside of booking services are to the passenger/guest/applicant’s expense. IMMIGRATION
• Immigration has the right and absolute power to subject any passenger to question or interview upon exit in the Philippines and entry to the destination.
• Kristine Travel & Tours will not be liable for any immigration decision to exclude any passenger to depart or enter a country due to any circumstances, any and all other tour and airline payments are non-refundable. REFUND & CANCELLATION
• Once booking is confirmed and finalized, the tour package and all land arrangement bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refund for unutilized nights, no show, delayed check in, early check out or on the spot cancellation.
• No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in the tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control such as caused by forces of nature like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.
• No refunds can be made in case clients will cut their stay at the hotel/resort or tour package prepared for the client.
• In case of airline cancellation, only REBOOKING can be made with respective charges unless specified in the ticket terms and conditions.
• Complaints must be reported to the hotel/service provider on the spot. Kristine Travel & Tours will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could be rectified during the client’s stay.
• No refunds for passengers refused to board or remove from any flight by the airline due to insufficient travel documents, unruly behavior, medical conditions, use of electronic devices in violation of Carrier's instructions, etc.
• If you are a no-show for your flight, any subsequent flights on the same itinerary will be canceled without a refund.
• All Deposit payment, visa fees and other service fees are non-refundable. BEHAVIOR
• The passenger/ guest/ applicants are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not disrupt others. If passenger/ guest/ applicants are causing or are likely to cause distress, danger, or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation and cancellation of travel. We reserve the right to terminate your booking with us immediately.
• No refunds for loss of your accommodations/ transportation/ tour arrangement and other services will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. The passenger/ guest/ applicants and your party may also be required to pay for any damages or loss and disruption of the service in full.
• We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us. PAYMENTS
• All booking services should be paid in full before the confirmation of your booking.
• Kristine Travel & Tours will not honor payments outside or to any unauthorized personnel. TRAVEL INSURANCE
• You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance that meets your specific requirements.
• Passengers who refuse to avail of travel insurance will not be our responsibility for any emergency occurrences. LOCAL PURCHASE
• We cannot accept responsibility for any items that the client may purchase locally i.e.: jewelry, food, souvenir items etc. We recommend that the client check whether or not any extra charges will be payable for import duty or freight and we are unable to assist with any costs that may incur in this respect. TOUR GUIDES/FACILITATORS/DRIVERS
• Clients should take note that Tour Guides and Tour Facilitators are NOT the personal maids of the guests/clients.
• Screaming at or insulting tour guides/drivers or fellow passengers or third-party businesses and subcontractors is NOT ACCEPTABLE under any circumstances and will terminate and cancel your tour without any refund. Discrimination against a customer or a tour guide/driver for any reason is not acceptable either under any circumstance.
• A tour guide is also a human person who deserves some respect. Thus, we advise our clients to treat our tour guides with proper respect and decency. If clients need to reprimand the tour guide, please do so in a decent manner, otherwise, we would be constrained to cancel your tour without any refund. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
