The Ubay Tourism Association (UTA) extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated members of our team whose outstanding teamwork led our Association as declared the 1st Prize Winner. Congratulations to UTAN'S for successfully completing the DOT7 seminar workshop on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence. The event took place on August 17, 2023, at Gavenes Restaurant in Ubay, Bohol. A big thank you to Sir Roel's team for imparting valuable knowledge during this seminar workshop. We have gained a wealth of insights and are eager to incorporate the Mabuhay gestures, the 7M's Core Filipino values, and effective complaint handling into our practices.Mabuhay❤

Yesterday, thanks to Mayor Costan, there was a schedule conflict, but Attorney Golosino, leading the executive team, accommodated us in the office. During the meeting, the association presented our mission, vision, and plans for Ubay, as well as discussed various issues. This collaboration between the Ubay Tourism Association and the LGU proved to be a productive and enlightening day.

We eagerly anticipate the release of official photographs, as they will
undoubtedly showcase the true magnificence of Ubay's beach resorts.
