Passengers Allowed to Travel while “No Vaccination, No Ride” Policy is in Effect
As of 2:30PM, January 18, 2022

Cebu Pacific announces that returning residents to and from the National Capital Region (NCR) are allowed to travel if they present proof of residency, along with other existing LGU requirements of their destination.

Some passengers are also exempted under the Department of Transportation’s (DOTr) “No Vaccination, No Ride” Policy, in effect while the NCR is under Alert Level 3 or higher. Read the policy and acceptable exceptions to the department order at https://bit.ly/NoVaxNoRide

CEB has provided flexible options for passengers who are unable to travel until January 31, 2022. They may conveniently cancel up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option (rebook or travel fund) through the Manage Booking portal (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) on the Cebu Pacific website.


CEB will continue to screen and validate passengers prior to acceptance for the flight. Passengers are advised to ensure requirements are complete before proceeding to the Airport. Travel documents and frequently asked questions (FAQs) may be viewed here: bit.ly/CEBFaqs

This is a developing situation. Passengers are advised to update their contact details via bit.ly/CEBUpdateInfo, so CEB can continue notifying guests on flight changes, reminders, and updates.

Flexible Options for Passengers Affected by “No Vaccination, No Ride” Policy
As of 3:30PM, January 14, 2022

We will offer our passengers affected by the “No Vaccination, No Ride” flexible options as we comply with and support the government’s order to limit public transportation access to vaccinated individuals in the National Capital Region (NCR) while the area remains under Alert Level 3 or higher.

Starting January 17, Monday, all domestic airlines, operating scheduled or non-scheduled commercial services to and from NCR, are required to only provide air transportation services to and from NCR to fully vaccinated persons, unless exempted.

For this purpose, we will screen, validate, and board only passengers traveling into and out of the NCR who are fully vaccinated. A person is considered fully vaccinated after two weeks following the second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Moderna, Pfizer, and Sinovac vaccines; or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

To passengers who cannot travel given the government order, CEB offers flexible options (rebook or travel fund) until January 31. Those who wish to voluntarily postpone their travel plans may conveniently cancel up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option through the Manage Booking portal (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) on the Cebu Pacific website.

Note that passengers (regardless of vaccination status) with no negative RT-PCR test-before-travel will be allowed to board their flights to the Philippines until December 5, 2021 11:59PM, but they will undergo facility-based quarantine upon arrival and 7th day swabbing.

Effective 12:01am of December 6, 2021, those who will fail to present a negative RT-PCR test-before-travel requirement will not be accepted on flights to the Philippines.

2GO Passengers, isa muling important announcement para sa lahat!

Ang Saliva RT-PCR test results ay tinatanggap na sa mga sumusunod na 2GO destinations: Bacolod City, Negros Province, Caticlan, Coron, Iligan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Province, Roxas at Zamboanga.

Ang test ay dapat administered lamang ng Philippine Red Cross at testing laboratories na approved at accredited ng Food and Drug Administration (FDA) at Department of Health (DOH). Sa kasalukuyan ito ay nagkakahalaga ng Php 2,000 at ito ay mas mura sa RT-PCR swab test.

List of airports with LGU clearance to resume commercial flights as of 6 August 2020

As of today, 6 August, there are 32 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, domestic commercial flights will not be allowed at NAIA due to the MECQ. International flights, OWWA flights, and LSI/ROF sweeper flights to Davao and Romblon are still allowed subject to restrictions.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

SkyJet Airlines is suspending its flights until May 31, 2020 due to the extension of Enhanced Community Quarantine (now Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine) by the Philippine government.

Passengers affected by domestic air travel suspension can avail of the following service recovery options:

1/ Rebook flight without penalties but subject to fare difference to a new travel date after May 31, 2020.

2/ Convert to travel funds; or

3/ Get a full refund with waiver of refund fees; Please allow 3-4 billing cycles for payments made via debit or credit cards.

The foregoing notification will also be sent to your registered e-mail and/or mobile number with us. If you will receive such notification as the contact person for a group booking, you are responsible for informing your co-passengers of this advisory. SkyJet will not be liable for any damages, actual or consequential, due to non-communication of the said advise by you to your co-passengers.
