In line with NCR being placed in GCQ status with Alert Level 4 from October 1-15, 2021, interzonal travel will be allowed to and from Manila for persons aged 18 to 65 years old and those not otherwise required to remain at their residences per IATF guidelines, subject to LGU restrictions and regulations.
Guests below 18 years old, fully vaccinated individuals over 65 years old, fully vaccinated pregnant women, and fully vaccinated individuals with immunodeficiencies, comorbidities, and other health risks may be allowed point-to-point interzonal travel subject to DOT guidelines and destination LGU regulations.

You can now use your Vaccination card as your passport to travel within the Philippines!
The national Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has allowed fully vaccinated individuals to travel around the Philippines without having to present a negative test result.
This was announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque in a press conference today, July 4, 2021.
Under IATF Resolution No. 124-B:

Fully vaccinated persons are allowed to present a domestic vaccination card or certificate of quarantine completion as a sufficient requirement for interzonal travel instead of a negative test result.
โ
Fully vaccinated Senior Citizens are allowed to travel intrazonal or under GCQ and MGCQ areas.
โ Fully vaccinated individuals who are close contacts of probable and confirmed COVID-19 cases, they may undergo a shortened seven (7)-day quarantine period, provided that the individual remains asymptomatic for the duration of the seven-day period with the first day being the date immediately after the last exposure.
๐ Provided that vaccination cards must be duly signed and issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or LGU.
NOTE: The national IATF resolution considers persons as fully vaccinated two weeks after having received their final doses of any vaccine given emergency use authorization by the Philippines' Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization.

Travel ban in 7 countries extended, tourists still not allowed in PH โBI
MANILA, Philippines โ Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Jaime Morente announced that the agency will be implementing the extended travel ban on travelers coming from 7 countries due to emerging Covid-19 variants.
In an advisory, the BI stated that passengers coming from India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Oman and UAE are still not allowed to enter until June 15, following the pronouncement of the Palace.
โThose who have a travel history from said countries within the last 14 days from the date of their arrival in the Philippines, will also be prohibited from entering the country,โ said Morente. โHowever, those who will only be transiting in the regionโmeaning they will not exit the airport and will not be cleared by immigration authorities there, and will only be landing for a layover, may be allowed to enter the Philippines,โ he added.
BI Port Operations Division (POD) Chief Atty. Carlos Capulong reiterated that foreign nationals entering the country for tourism purposes are still not allowed.
โOnly Filipinos, Balikbayans, and foreign nationals with valid and existing visas who are not coming from the 7 restricted countries may be allowed to enter the Philippines,โ said Capulong. โThose who will be entering under a 9(a) Temporary Visitorsโ Visa or a Special Resident Retirees Visa would need to present an entry exemption document to be allowed to enter,โ he added.
Morente said that with the aggressive vaccination drive of the government, he is hopeful that travel restrictions will ease in the latter part of the year.
