We would like to apologize for the trouble we have caused you. :( We have experiencing a major setback due to some problems with our previous Group Departures but we are doing our best to have an immediate solution to our current situation. Part of our commitment to our clients and partners is to refund what they have paid and return their travel documents.
We have stopped our operation and tours from January to February 2020 and we promise to refund all affected clients of their reservation and amount paid.
In line with this, we will start the releasing of funds by batch this February 2020. Kindly send us a private message or email us at [email protected] for us to send you a refund form.
We will advise you of your scheduled release date once refund form is submitted.
We promise to fulfill our obligations to each and everyone of you until we finish this refund process. We understand your frustrations toward us and it is your right to pursue legal actions if any of our promises are not delivered in due time.
Our only goal right now is to deliver what we promise to our clients and partners.
As of now, our Cebu office is temporarily closed for the safety of our employees and the owner due to several death threats we received and still receiving. We will soon announce when we are back to office to cater all your concerns. For now you may call or text our numbers starting tomorrow for any concerns.
