HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Standard check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00nn.
• Request for early check-in/late check-out must be pre-arranged and subject to availability.
• Incidental deposit worth Php 2,000.00 are required which is refundable upon check-out, if not consumed.
• Child room policy: maximum of 2kids (12 years below), sharing bed with adults are free of charge,
exclusive of meals.
• Proper swimming attire (rash guards, board shorts and bathing suits)
• Fi****ms are NOT ALLOWED within the hotel premises and must be surrendered to the in-house
Security upon arrival.
• Any loss, damage or breakage in the room will be charged to the guest’s accounts. Left over items
may be claimed at the Housekeeping Department.
• The hotel shall not be liable for any losses in the room. Safety deposit box are provided for any
valuables.
• Bodyguards and security escorts may remain at the waiting lounge but not allowed to accompany
the guests in the hotel’s dining and recreational facilities if they will carry fi****ms.
• As a safety precaution, please refrain from bringing items, which may be flammable, toxic,
explosive or odorous into the rooms.
• Pets are only allowed in Premier Rooms and can only be brought to the pool deck & lobby. Pets
are not allowed in the other areas.
