UPDATE: Bacolod City has just updated its travel requirements. To visit the City of Smiles, travelers regardless of vaccination status must take an Antigen Test from a DOH-accredited facility 48 hours prior to visit OR an RT-PCR test 72 hours prior to travel. The local government will be offering one FREE Antigen Test to all Bacolod-bound travelers upon their arrival. Travelers must also apply for an S-Pass through s-pass.ph, register for a BaCTrac ID, and present a valid ID.
Tourists can look forward to the many amazing attractions of Bacolod such as the Capitol Park and Lagoon, the San Sebastian Cathedral, and many Spanish colonial structures. Let’s not forget the delicious flavors of the city like their famous Chicken Inasal, the Kansi or Kadyos, Baboy, and Langka, their sugary Napoleones, and so much more.
