ith the army dozen plus a few exercises appropriated from naval and airborne training, and, in the advanced courses, a regimen adapted from those from Rangers and the Navy SEALs. You’ll belong to a platoon led by drill sergeants – military men and women who have high credentials for physical training. Beyond individual exercises, you and your fellow bootcampers will participate in group activities such as circuits and friendly contests. Camaraderie and the spirit of competition will be supportive dimensions to your personal-yet-shared aspirations for greater fitness. You’ll be amazed at how much deeper you can dig into yourself when you have peers who push you just as hard as they push themselves. Progress will be tested via exercises set against the clock, race runs, and various obstacle courses.
