The Provincial Board of Canvassers declare NO vote won the plebicite in a propose to divide the province into THREE.

Out of 23 municipalities only 22 are able to count by the Provincial Plebiscite Board of Canvassers because of certificate of canvas from Kalayaan Municipal have only resulted to 61 votes and would not in any way affect the voting decision.

Out of 490,254 total registered voters only 297,728 had voted in this plebicite.

The YES vote had 122,223 while the NO vote had 172,304 which 50,000 voters made it possible.
