Wanna swim but trying to avoid the hustle and bustle of the White Beach as well as the seasonal algal bloom?

Then try visiting the other hidden gems of Boracay:

1. DINIWID BEACH- enjoy the short stretch of white sand beach, relax and sip on some piñacolada while watching the beautiful sunset at the Spider House Bar and Restaurant at the cliff area.

2. PUKA BEACH- voted as one of the most beautiful beaches, Puka beach has a more relaxed vibe with huts you could rent for a more private lounging. With souvenir shops at the entrance area and an amazing filipino restaurant "Puka Grande" where you could feast on delectable filipino dishes (incl. seafood) at reasonable price. Surely you'll enjoy your time away from the busy crowd of Boracay.

3. Balinghai Beach Resort- if you want to enjoy the privacy of a white sand cove with your partner or friends, visit Balinghai Resort. For a reasonable price, eat at their cliff side restaurant, lounge and swim in your own cozy beach cove.

4. Ilig-iligan Beach, Boracay- explore some of the private resorts at the other side of the island with a more native tropical feel into them and enjoy the peace and serenity of the once virginal island of Boracay.

Thinking of buying trinkets and other souvenirs in Boracay? Be smart and thrifty!

Try visiting "D'Talipapa" at Station 2 just next to the wet market and at "Emall" at Station 3 near Budget Mart. Both accessible by walking at the beach front or through electric motorcycle/tricycle (PHP 10.00/pax fare).

There you can buy assorted stuff from Boracay shirts, native souvenirs, accessories, etc. at a fraction of the price (you can still bargain) from those sold at pricey shops.
