For Phase 1 of their renovation project, the homeowners needed to change their roof, gutters, flashing, ridge roll, and wanted to add another layer of insulation but were afraid of the unpredictable rains.

Our solution was to install the new roof system over their existing one. We were able to do this because their roof trusses were still in good condition and could carry the extra weight of the new roof system.

The homeowners also did not have to worry about their home being exposed to the rains had they resorted to the usual "baklas - kabit" method. Check out the before and after pictures of this project.

Soft opening 😁

It is important for us to be there during a restaurant’s dry run to observe and make adjustments to the layout. Effective restaurant design should be about pleasing aesthetics to good traffic flow (in the dining area and kitchen) to balanced temperature to good acoustics to the right placement of the food in the buffet among other things. These add up to create a fantastic customer experience that would make them want to go back again and again.

And of course the food here is delicious 😋

Interior lighting is important. Basic condominium units come with one light in the middle of the room which is not enough to illuminate the space.

Professional designers will help you properly plan to optimize your lighting by computing the amount of illumination and designating general, task, accent and ambient lights.

To check the illuminance of your space, you can do as our clients did: go outside of the building to see the effect with all the lights on. Yup, we think it's bright enough too💡
