Cebu Pacific Travel Advisory as of January 31, 2022; 7PM

Following the de-escalation of the status of the National Capital Region (NCR) to Alert Level 2 effective February 1, 2022, leisure travel with minors and senior citizens is allowed.

Under the Alert Level 2, passengers regardless of vaccination status may also travel if they comply with the travel requirements of the local government of their destination.

Exemptions to the “No Vaccination, No Ride” Policy
As of 8:30PM, January 21, 2022

Cebu Pacific announces that the following travelers are exempted from the Department of Transportation’s (DOTr) “No Vaccination, No Ride” Policy, which is in effect while the NCR is under Alert Level 3 or higher:

1. Unvaccinated passengers, including children and minors under 18 years old, who comply with all the requirements of the local government unit (LGU) of their destination, and

2. Returning residents to and from the National Capital Region (NCR) who can present proof of residency, along with other existing LGU requirements.

These are aligned with the DOTr’s order to implement the policy in a firm but tolerant manner. Read the policy and acceptable exceptions to the department order at https://bit.ly/NoVaxNoRide

CEB has made available its flexible options (rebook or travel fund) for passengers who may want to voluntarily postpone their travels until January 31, 2022. They may conveniently cancel up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option through the Manage Booking portal (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) on the Cebu Pacific website.

CEB will continue to screen and validate passengers prior to acceptance for the flight. Passengers are advised to ensure requirements are complete before proceeding to the Airport. Travel documents and frequently asked questions (FAQs) may be viewed here: bit.ly/CEBFaqs

Flight Cancellations and Flexible Options for All Domestic Flights until January 31, 2022
As of 12:30PM, January 6, 2022

Cebu Pacific is reviewing its network schedule and closely monitoring manpower levels with employees currently on quarantine.

To prevent last-minute cancellations due to unavailability of crew and ground personnel, CEB is preemptively cancelling a number of domestic flights from January 7 to 10, 2022, and transferring passengers on other available CEB flights on the same day.

Passengers affected by the cancellations have been informed of their new flight schedules through the contact details provided in their booking. They may also opt to avail themselves of other available options (rebook, travel fund, refund) through our Manage Booking portal (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from date of departure.

Furthermore, Cebu Pacific is offering flexible options for all domestic flights until January 31, 2022. Passengers who wish to voluntarily postpone their travel plans may conveniently cancel up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option (rebook or travel fund) through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website.

For everyJuan's safety and to continuously drive contactless flights, the CEB Terminal 3 Ticket Office is closed until further notice. We encourage our passengers to safely manage all their bookings online.

CEB operates with 100% fully vaccinated active flying crew. Our pilots and cabin crew undergo regular antigen testing (Test Before Duty) before they are assigned to operate flights. CEB has also started its booster program to ensure the continued safety of its employees and passengers.

The Surigao Airport and Siargao Airport have both suspended operations to assess damage brought about by Super Typhoon Odette (Rai) and to make the necessary repairs to ensure safety of operations. As such, Cebu Pacific canceled the following flights:
