At the Department of Tourism, we prioritize the well-being and professional growth of our tour guides. Our comprehensive programs include extensive training, accreditation, and tour guide kits to ensure that our tour guides are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service. Notably, the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) training program aims to upskill our tour guides, instilling a deep sense of pride and a commitment to excellence in their work. Recently, we also distributed insurance and financial assistance to assist our tour guides in times of crisis.

Today, we honor and salute the unsung heroes who tirelessly work behind the scenes, often going above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed, informed, and inspired.

They are the ones who turn a simple journey into a transformative adventure, leaving a lasting impact on those who explore the diverse landscapes and vibrant communities of the Philippines.
