TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1. Reservations, Payments and Bookings
- P500/person shall be made as ‘Reservation Fee’ which will be deducted from the total package cost.
- Balance must be settled 15 days before the travel date.
- Other charges outside the package are charged on pax account.
- 4 yrs. old and below are free of charge on shared bed; 1 child allowed.
- Confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable but are transferable. Otherwise the participant's group shall be responsible for the remaining balance.
- Cancellation of the reservation for any cause not attributable to the TRAVEL AGENCY shall cause the forfeiture of the deposit made by the CLIENT.
2. Headcount, Groupings and Room Sharing
- This is a group tour of 12 to 14 persons.
- We combine small groups to form 1 group of 11 to 14 guests.
- Rooms is exclusive per groups u will just share van with others
- Should the client reaches the maximum number of 1 group, exclusive tour is offered at own preferred travel date.
