Heavens Way Zipline Adventure: Promoting Adventure Tourism in P**istan. Four young adventure-loving entrepreneurs from rural P**istan started Heavens Way Zipline Adventure in 2018, with the aim of highlighting P**istan as an exciting adventure destination.

The company has since completed several thrilling projects across P**istan, including developing adventure parks in Peshawar, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and Kalar Kahar, and building one of Asia's longest, most daring ziplines (1 km) over KhanPur dam.

The team also inaugurated the world's highest zipline with 1250 feet of drop and South Asia's longest zipline with 2.3 kms of heart-pumping ride in Noori Valley, Kaghan. Heavens Way Zipline Adventure is showcasing P**istan's adventurous spirit with their motto "Suspend your Fear!".

Flood alert🚨🚨🚨
Spokesman National Highway Authority (NHA) on Tuesday said that a bridge has collapsed due to flash floods near Batal, three kilometers away from Naran.

All traffic returning from Naran has been stopped. Tourists were advised to stay overnight at nearby places, said a press release.

Federal Minister of Communications Maulana Asad Mehmood has directed Member NHA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to restore traffic as soon as possible.

NHA staff has reached the spot with heavy machinery and an alternative route is being made to restore traffic.

A total of 30,245 tourists visited various tourist sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in just one day to relish the pleasant weather.

As per data from the KP Integrated Tourism Development Project (KITE) that was released on Tuesday, 11,800 tourists visited Naran and Kaghan, 8,500 visited Galiyat, 6,000 visited Malam Jabba, 1,800 went to Lower Chitral, and 145 toured Upper Dir on 25 July.

Upper parts of KP and the Galiyat region have low temperatures in the summer and draw tourists from all across P**istan.

Chief Minister Mahmood Khan instructed the KP tourism department last week to devise a strategy within a week for outsourcing usable rest houses and other properties that it had received. He also called for the master plan for tourism spots to be finalized.

As festive occasions approach, tourists typically flock to the country’s northern regions. However, the current economic climate has forced many potential visitors to reconsider their plans, as the costs of travel have become prohibitively expensive.

To incentivize tourism, Naran’s hotel and guest house owners have announced significant discounts to help offset the effects of inflation and rising fuel prices.

Hotel Association Naran has announced a 30% decrease in rents for hotels and guest houses. Association President Matiullah Jan stated that the move is expected to attract a large number of tourists to the area.

There are more than 2,500 hotels and guest houses throughout the Mansehra district, from Balakot to Babusar Top. The hospitality industry in the region provides an income for over 250,000 people, representing a significant portion of the local population.

Earning a livelihood for the entire year from just two and a half months of business during the summer season is a testament to the industry’s importance.

The Punjab Chief Minister, Hamza Shehbaz, has issued an order regulating the rents of all hotels and guest houses in Murree. This is part of the ongoing ‘Dilkash Murree’ project, which includes initiatives such as setting up tourism police, installing CCTV cameras, and motorbike ambulances. This will help to facilitate tourists during the peak season.

In a major achievement in the tourism sector, as many as 1,400 international climbers — the highest numbers after the 9/11 attacks — will arrive in P**istan to summit the world’s highest peaks this year,.

Last year, 550 climbers from across the globe arrived in the country for adventure tourism,l.

Haidri said that more than 400 climbers would attempt to scale K2, the second-highest — and also the most challenging — peak in the world.

P**istan International Airlines (PIA) will start Hajj operation from eight cities of P**istan from May 31. Hajj flights will go to Jeddah and Madinah.

Federal Minister for Aviation Khawaja Saad Rafique was briefed by the PIA administration on Hajj operation, religious pilgrimages and promotion of tourism at home and abroad.

During the briefing, the minister was informed that the PIA’s Hajj flights operation, comprising 297 flights would start from May 31 and continue till August 13.

The special flights would be operated from eight major cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta, for Jeddah and Madina-ul-Munawwara.

Saad Rafique asked to use one Boeing-777 and an Airbus-320 in the Hajj flights operation as these aircraft were standing dormant in the hangars for a long time.

The government has received over 800 applications from adventure tourists from around the world and is expecting to welcome at least 500 mountaineers and trekkers this summer.

“So far, 22 applicants have been issued permits to visit the northern areas for adventure tourism. The visa processing time has to be speedy to allow more foreign tourists to visit P**istan for trekking and climbing activities,” said a source in the tourism department of Gilgit-Baltistan.

According to a senior official, in a meeting held on Saturday the concern of delay in visa processing time was raised and conveyed to all stakeholders. It was emphasised that the visa processing time should not take longer than 10 days instead of one to two months during which tourists either lose interest or change their travel plans and move to attractive destinations in other countries.

“All applications are forwarded to security agencies which give clearances before visas could be issued to trekkers and climbers planning to visit the northern areas,” said the official.

Longest walkable road.

Starting from Cape town, South Africa to Magadan, Russia, 22,387 kilometers in length, is considered to be the world’s longest walkable road. The road was formed within the continents of Europe, Asia and Africa.

No train, bus, or car is required to cross this road. There are bridges across rivers so there is no requirement of plane or boat. If one walks eight hours a day, it would take five hundred and eighty seven days to finish this journey, and one hundred and ninety four days if walked non- stop. Climbing up and down Mount Everest thirteen times would be equivalent to the length of this road.

On the way, the traveller would pass seventeen countries, six time zones, and would experience season changes. Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda, South Sudan, Sudan, Georgia, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Romania, and Belarus are the countries which the travellers would pass by during their journey.

If a traveller wants to walk from South Africa to Russia, the journey would start from L’Agulhas, a coastline village in South Africa. After that comes Zimbabwe; this country is famous for wildlife so one might see lots of wild animals on their way. Crossing this country would be exciting as well as challenging. Then comes Zambia, while crossing this country the traveller would pass by Uganda’s National Park. After Zambia comes Sudan; after entering Sudan the traveller would pass some parts of the Sahara Desert. In order to go from Sudan to Egypt, there are no better ways so the traveller has to go through the roads of Jordan. After Jordan comes Israel, Syria, Turkey and Georgia. After crossing Georgia, the traveller has to walk through the roads of Siberia to finally reach Russia.

اس کے علاوہ فیض آباد سے مظفرآباد اور مظفرآباد سے ہر گھنٹے بعد وادی نیلم کی گاڑی ملتی ہے۔

P**istan International Airlines resumed its Air Safari flight from Islamabad after 14 years to promote tourism.

The PIA’s first Air Safari flight with 91 tourists from 13 countries on board departed from Islamabad International Airport on Saturday for Skardu.

The Air Safari flight will fly over K-2 to Nanga Parbat, Broad Peak glacier before landing in Skardu and then will return back to Islamabad.

Federal minister for power Hammad Azhar was among the tourists.
