Basic Guidelines for Participants, which are frequently been asked:
- All Participants must carry their Original ID Cards as it's Required on Check Post.
-Participants Should keep in their luggage Warm Jackets, Uppers, Joggers, Warm Shalls, Rain Coat, Glops Etc.
- Participants must keep with them Basic Medicines of Flu, fever, Vomit, Headache as Recommended by their Family Doctor.
-All Participants must take care of their Luggage. Traventure travels is not responsible for any loss of valuable Item of Participants.
- All Participants must follow the Instructions of Group Leader.
- All members must behave ethically with other Members. Company as retained the right to Cancel registration at any time during the Trip.
- Food in Train is not provided as its Unhygienic, therefore Participants keep with them Home made Food.
- Due to Unavoidable Conditions the Itinerary can be change at any time in the tour.
- Company is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents (first aid will be given)
- No Refund will be made in case of cancellation of Registration before One Week of departure.
- Separate rooms for couples, but will be charged accordingly.
