In Ziarat a herb called is found in abundance from which a chemical called ephedrine is extracted, an important constituent of various medicines, especially cough syrups. Pakistan is one of the country which is fertile and has some of the amazing scenes in the world. Pakistan will be a tourist attraction in 2018. It will be tourist destination. Pakistan has recently passed through terrorist attacks but now there is much better situation. There are highest mountains, longest glaciers, roaring rivers and streams, beautiful valleys and splendid hospitable people.
The pleasures of Pakistan are old: Buddhist monuments, Hindu temples, Islamic palaces, tombs and pleasure grounds, and widely spaced Anglo-Mogul Gothic mansions - some in a state of dereliction which makes their grandeur even more emphatic. Sculpture is dominated by Graeco-Buddhist friezes, and crafts by ceramics, jewelry, silk goods and engraved woodwork and metalwork.
With some of the most magnificent mountain terrain in the world, Pakistan is naturally enough a trekkers rave. There are all types of trekking available, from those organized by overseas companies to Pakistan-based outfits. You can also make your own arrangements, which will be cheaper but also more demanding. Popular trekking routes that can stretch from a day to a month are found mostly in Gilgit, Nanga Parbat, Balistan (from where treks leave to K2) and Hunza, all in the country's north. For something a little less demanding there are good one-day hikes in the Ziarat Valley, near Quetta. Other activities include cycling along the Karakoram Highway (from Rawalpindi to the Khunjerab Pass), Potwar Plateau (Islamabad to Peshawar) and the Margalla and Murree Hills (north of Islamabad), mountain biking from Gilgit to Chitral, and white-water rafting along the Hunza, Gilgit and Indus rivers.

Haramosh and Kutwal Lake Trek:
Kutwal village and Lake is beautifully placed under Haramosh peak. It is scenic and soft trek. There is no hoteling so camping is the only suitable option.
For this, you have to reach at Sassi, first greenery on Skardu road. Then take a jeep till dasu village. From there, you have two options to move on.
First: Move towards askere then to Kutwal village with one night stay in between.
Second: Go on opposite side through soft trek then pass the glacier and reach Kutwal village.

Passu is a small village in Gojal on the road from Hunza valley to Khunjerab. This village contains some of the highest peaks just like Passu Cones(Tupopdan), Passu sar, Shispar Sar, Batura peak. It also have world fifth longest glacier Batura Glacier(57 KM long) along with passu Glacier. It is a gateway to one of the remotest valley in the world, Shimshal. You can enjoy an extremely beautiful environment at glacier breeze Hotel with cool wind of passu glacier. This valley contains some good hotels. You can camp in some hotels also.
