COMSATS ADVENTURE CLUB (CAC) is a university level club being managed by student of COMSATS Islamabad, and by far one of its kinds in comparison to other clubs existing throughout different universities in Pakistan. Apart from mountaineering, it also organizes events like rock-climbing, paragliding, trekking, horse riding, target shooting, rappelling Camping etc. These are organized at a quarterl
y basis throughout a year which also includes weekend trips lasting over the entire quarter break, as well as month long summer expeditions. Executive Council of the COMSATS Adventure Club will be in liaison with the other Adventure Clubs of Pakistan for guideline and support in the field of adventure like The Falcon Adventure Club, Alpine Club of Pakistan, Fast Adventure Club, SKANS Tours Society, LUMS Adventure Society, Islamians Alpine Club, ICB Trekking and Hiking Club and many other clubs of Pakistan. Our Mission is to:
-> Promote Constructive Adventure Sports in COMSATS Institute of Information Technology.
-> Create awareness among Students to identify and enhance their abilities to help building a “Beautiful and Peaceful Pakistan”.
-> Establish a pool of talented students and invite them to do something for humanity without any race or creed.
-> Explore and enjoy the remote and hidden places of earth.
-> Practice and promote the responsible use of the earth’s ecosystems and resources.
-> Protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment and architectural heritage.
-> Use the lawful means to carry out these objectives.
