Dear Business Partners,

UAE visit visa holding passengers reported at check-in counters with following:

*Travel agents are engaged in practise of issuing OW ticket

*Creation of 2 separate PNRs for out/bound journey

*Issuance of two separate tickets either both legs closed on PK or out bound on PK and return on another carrier

Such tactics are resulted in either refusal for issuance of boarding card or exit/entry denial at PK/UAE counters.

All Travel Agents are advised for issuance of PK ROUND TRIP ticket for visit visa holders to complete smooth check-in

/immigration process. Henceforth, OW, two PNRs/Separate tickets will not be accepted for checking-in passengers holding

UAE visit visa.

In case of any violation, concerned travel agents will be fined as per SOP.

PS. For further details, contact your concerned SPO accordingly.
