دودی پتسر وادی کاغان میں 3900 میٹر کی بلندی پر ایک دلکش جھیل ہے۔ دودی کا مطلب سفید یا دودھیا، پٹ کا مطلب پہاڑ اور سار کا مطلب جھیل ہے۔ جھیل برف سے ڈھکی چوٹیوں سے گھری ہوئی ہے، جس کی عکاسی اس جھیل کو اپنا نام دیتی ہے۔ یہ پگڈنڈی بیسل (3250m) نامی ایک چھوٹے سے گاؤں سے شروع ہوتی ہے اور دریائے پوربی نار (دریائے کنہار کی ایک معاون) کے ساتھ ساتھ جاتی ہے۔ پگڈنڈی خود اپنے پودوں اور حیوانات میں کافی متنوع ہے۔ سبز گھاس کے میدانوں پر اوپر اور نیچے کی پگڈنڈی مقامی دیہاتوں کے درمیان سے گزرنے والی ندیوں، جنگلی پھولوں اور چرنے والے مویشیوں کے ساتھ ایک بہترین اضافے کا باعث بنتی ہے۔ اس پگڈنڈی پر واقع دیہات فطرت کے بہت قریب ہیں اور لوگ قدرتی وسائل سے بالکل دور رہتے ہیں اور دنیا کے دیگر حصوں میں تکنیکی ترقی سے کافی دور ہیں۔
