Vertex offers product sourcing and price negotiation. Due to our reputed name in the industry, we source
you the right products and use our vast experience in price negotiation thus ultimately helping our buyers. We have coordinated manufacturing facilities with production capacity of 8,000 garments upto 25000 garments per day.
• Sampling:
Our team of Quality Managers keeps a close check on sampling ensuring products are according to customers’ exact specifications and all deliveries are made in time and in specified quantities. Styles can be chosen from our catalogue or clients can send us their own specifications.
• Production Monitoring and Online Quality Controls:
Quality control at each and every stage of production is ensured. We follow a system of updating customers through digital photographs at various stages of production. We also ensure lab dips, approval samples, Size set and shipping samples with original accessories etc to update customer of their production.
• On-Schedule Delivery:
We understand that timely delivery is important for our buyers. With our system of online order monitoring, we are always up-to-date at every stage of production. Any expected delays are immediately communicated to the customer.
• Final Inspections:
A final inspection is conducted upon completion, when orders are fully packed. These inspections are normally conducted at MIL-STD-105E, ANSI1.4, normally known a AQL standard. A comprehensive Inspection report with digital pictures detailing complete specifications of Product, faults found and any discrepancies is prepared and presented to customer.
