Personal Assistant Required
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Personal Assistant to support our IT company's recruitment and immigration efforts. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing potential candidates for IT positions, providing immigration assistance to potential candidates interested in working for our IT company on contract basis, actively seeking out companies who are looking for IT candidates to work on C2C basis, finding potential candidates who are on OPT/H1B in USA and are looking for jobs, handling day-to-day tasks related to payroll, and performing basic clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in US recruiting for IT/software and hold a degree or diploma in HR Management.
Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and other recruiting platforms
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone interviews to determine if the candidate is a good fit for the position
• Provide immigration assistance to potential candidates who are interested in working for our IT company on contract basis
• Actively seek out companies who are looking for IT candidates to work on C2C basis
• Find potential candidates who are on OPT/H1B in USA and are looking for jobs
• Manage and handle day-to-day tasks related to payroll, including tracking employee hours, preparing paychecks, and handling employee inquiries
• Correspond with website service providers to keep the company website updated, add job postings, and keep the blog of the website super active by posting newsletters, job descriptions, company initiatives, and also provide ideas to make it look more professional and engaging for the clients and candidates looking to work for us
• Assist with basic clerical tasks, including managing email correspondence, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and companies, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment and immigration progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR Management or related field
• US recruiting experience in IT/software is a big plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary of INR 20,000 plus perks
