Pakistan Railways has announced the revival of the 'Safari Tourist Train' to showcase the cultural and scenic beauty of the Potohar Region. The journey will commence from Golra Station in Islamabad and travel to Attock Khurd.

The Safari Train will embark on its journey from Golra Station, passing through Hasan Abdal, Attock, and Attock Khurd Railway stations. Notably, Attock Khurd is home to the oldest railway museum, adding to the historical significance of the trip.

The primary aim of this tourist train is to promote tourism and introduce travelers to the rich heritage of the railway, playing a significant role in boosting tourism.

During the journey, the Safari Train will cross the old iron girder bridge over the Indus River, connecting Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.

Golra Station, with its British-era history, hosts the Islamabad Railway Museum, exhibiting a collection of railway artifacts, including ancient steam engines and heritage railway kitchens.

نوروز دنیا کے 25 ممالک میں مختلف ناموں سے منایا جاتا ہے عرب دنیا میں نوروز پر کبھی پابندی لگی اور کبھی منایا گیا سنٹرل ایشیا، ایران، ترکی ،افغانستان، ترکمانستان ، آذر بائجان ، تاجکستان، کرغستان ،قزاکستان میں کئی دنوں تک یہ دن منایا جاتا ہے اور پاکستان میں جزوی طور پر یہ دن منایا جاتا ہے اگرچہ یہ مذہبی تہوار نہیں بلکہ ایک ثقافتی تہوار ہے لیکن کچھ اہم واقعات اس دن سے وابستہ ہیں:
1۔ حضرت آدم علیہ سلام کے جسم مبارک میں اس دن روح پھونکی گئی۔
2۔ حضرت نوح علیہ سلام کی کشتی اسی دن زمین پر واپس آگئی
3۔ حضرت ابراہیم علیہ سلام نے اسی دن بتوں کو توڑا
4۔ مولا علی علیہ سلام نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے کاندھے پر چڑھ کر خانہ کھبہ میں بتوں کو توڑا
5۔غدیر خم کے میدان میں اسی دن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے مولا علی علیہ سلام کو اپنا جانیشن اور وصی مقرر فرمایا
6۔ اللہ نے اسی دن زمین خلق کیا
یعنی نوروز زمین کا یوم پیدائیش بھی ہے

اسکول میں ایڈیشن کے لئے ہیڈ ماسٹر نے فوٹو گرافر کو بلایا اور 10 روپے فی سٹوڈنٹ پر بات پکی ہوئی، ہیڈ ماسٹر نے ٹیچر کو کہا 30 روپے ہر بچے سے جمع کریں، ٹیچر نے کلاس میں اعلان کیا صبح ہر بچہ فوٹو کے لئے 50 روپے لے کر آئے، ایک بچے نے گھر جا کر ماں سے کہا اسکول والوں نے فوٹو کے لئے 100 روپے مانگے ہیں، شام کو بچے کی ماں نے شوہر سے فوٹو کے لئے 200 روپے مانگے، آپ بتاؤ اس ملک سے کرپشن کیسے ختم ہو گئی۔
