This peak known as Mohlong peak(6400m) perches amidst the gigantic, panoramic and breath holding Deosai known as the the land of giants & Gultari valley to the southern ridge whereas Kharmang valley to the Northern ridge.During the trek one can surely witness the unmatched and unparalleled beauty of Manthu Nala which is situated right above the famous Manthokha waterfall District kharmang.The trek starts from manthu village which further divides into five stunning mountain passes leading to different valleys of Baltistan.The fresh water of glaciers,the babbling sounds created by the water of those mountain passes,the lush green fields,alpine meadows and herds grazing on there will surely attract the tourists.

One more huge giant rock to be discovered in Skardu.The picture was taken from below the rock at the distance of less than 100m,the opposite side of the rock looks great to see.It's located somewhere in the neighborhood of Skardu city at the altitude of approximately 4000m above sea level.Due to bad weather,heavy snowfall and low visibility unfortunately we couldn't reach this rock but surely it would be a wonderful rock and a great vantage point as well,so wait for the discovery of this rock to see how does it look like???

اگر آپ قراقرم کے بلند وبالا فلک شگاف دیوقامت پہاڑوں مثلاً کے ٹو،برائوڈ پیک،گشہ بروم1،گشہ بروم 2 اور مشہ بروم کے دیدار کا شوق رکھتے ہیں تو یہ فوٹو آپ کے لئے ہی ہے۔
اس مقام کو ہم نے 14 جولائی،2023 بروز جمعہ گانگچھے نالہ ٹو کھرمنگ ویلی ٹریک کے دوران دریافت کیا۔
یہ تصویر تقریباً 14500 کی بلندی سے لی گئی ہے یہ مقام ڈسٹرکٹ گانگچھے وادی خپلو کے ترانگپی جھیل کے قریب واقع ہے۔یہاں پہنچنے کے لئے آپ کو سب سے پہلے سکردو شہر سے گانگچھے نالہ خپلو مل کی طرف سفر کرنا ہے پھر غربوچونگ گاؤں سے تقریباً 3 سے 4 گھنٹے کی ٹریکنگ کے بعد آپ برانگسہ میڈو گانگچھے نالہ پہنچیں گے اگر آپ یہاں آرام کرنا چاہیں تو آپ کی مرضی ہے ورنہ اگر آپ ریگولر ٹریکر ہیں تو مزید 3 گھنٹے کی ٹریکنگ کے بعد آپ چھلچھل رٹ میڈو پہنچیں گے جہاں آپ کو رات گزارنا ہو گا اگلے روز علی الصبح آپ ترانگپی جھیل کی طرف سفر کا آغاز کریں گے جو کی سطح سمندر سے تقریباً 14500 فٹ کی بلندی پر واقع ہے جہاں پہنچنے کے لئے کم سے 2 گھنٹے درکار ہوں گے یہ آپ کی جسمانی فٹنس پر منحصر ہے کہ آپ ان پوائنٹس کو کتنے ٹائم میں کور کرتے ہیں۔
اس ٹریک کی ایک اور خوبی یہ ہے کہ آپ ان پہاڑوں کا دیدار کرنے کے بعد ترانگپی جھیل کے پاس کو کراس کرکے وادی کھرمنگ کی طرف نکل سکتے ہیں جس کے لئے آپ کو مزید ایک دو دن درکار ہوں گے پھر وادی کھرمنگ سے ہوتے ہوئے آپ کرگل سکردو روڈ کے زریعے واپس سکردو آسکتے ہیں۔

We happened to discover this place on Friday,July 14,2023 during our gangche la pass trek.This picture was taken at the height of approximately 14500ft above sea level situated near Trangpi lake,Gangche Nala District Khaplu.To reach here you need to start your trekking first from Gharbochong village,Khaplu Mal, district Gangche and after the trekking of 3-4 hours depending on your physical fitness and overall health you'll reach Brangsa meadow Gangchay Nala.After stopping over here you'll restart your hiking to Chalchal Ratt meadow which will take approximately 2-3 hours.This is your campsite and after spending a night here you'll start your hiking early in the morning towards Trangpi lake situated at the altitude of almost 14500ft above sea level.It will take minimum 3 hours to reach the lake that's it You're there at the shortest and easiest view point of the huge sky-touching mountains of the Karakorum.
If you want to do gangche la pass trek you need to keep on hiking after stopping over the view point to Gangchay nala top from there you can slowly make your way down to kharmang valley,the pass is surely a bit tough, tricky and hard but not impossible to cross.once you reach kharmang Khaas valley you'll make your way back to Skardu city through Kargil-Skd road.
Note:The time to reach the points may vary person to person depending on many factors such as your overall health physical fitness and age etc.

On Friday,July 14,2023 we started our journey from Gharbochong village District Khaplu our plan was to make our way through Gangchay nala to District Kharmang which we completed in a perfect way despite of the fact that Gangchay nala top was fully covered with snow on both sides.On the way,we met some foreigners and local trekkers from chorbat valley which made this trek a memorable one.we spent some happiest moments together in between the mountains of GB.
After reaching the top one can witness the stunning,majestic and scenic views of the killer mountain K2,broad peak,G1,G2 & Mashabrum as well.The pass is standing at the altitude of 5200 meters.Overall we did this trek in three days and two nights.
