The last rites of former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh have been performed with official honours.
On Saturday, his cremated body was taken to the Congress Party headquarters in New Delhi, where party leaders and activists paid their last respects.
Later, his body was taken to the crematorium for last rites.

The last rites of the former Prime Minister were attended by President of India Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other dignitaries.

92-year-old Manmohan Singh died on Thursday.
On his death, the Indian government announced seven days of mourning and canceled all cultural and entertainment events, while the national flag was also announced to be flown at government buildings across India.

In 1986, a girl, Soraya Manochhari, was stoned to death in the village of Koh Payah, Iran, after being accused of adultery.

When people throw stones at this girl

It was later discovered that her husband wanted to remarry, but Soraya refused to allow it.
The husband succeeded in inflaming the religious sentiments of the people by falsely accusing her to avoid the expense of divorce.

10 years after the incident, a French-Iranian author Faridoon Sahib Jim wrote a book titled "Rajam Surya", which recounted this painful story.
The book was also made into a movie, which is very heartwarming.

How stubborn is K-To??

In 1953, an American mountaineer George Bell made a strange statement after defeating K-2. He named this mountain The Savage Mountain and said that it is impossible to summit this mountain.
There are a total of 14 peaks of 8000 meters, out of which 5 are in Pakistan, 8 are in Nepal and one is in China.
In 1856, the British government named these 5 peaks as K5, K4, K3, K2, K1 during a trigonmetrical survey. These five peaks include the second highest and the first most dangerous peak in the world, K2. It is the most dangerous peak in the world.
It is also said because the number of people who died on it is much higher than the highest peak in the world, Mount Everest. In the beginning, the biggest difficulty in climbing K2 was that on K2

The leaders of Parachinar Drugs Association have rejected the claims of the district administration and the provincial government and said that the statements made in the media regarding the supply of medicines in Parachinar are contrary to the facts and are an attempt to mislead the public.
