Just beside K-2, the breadth-toped 8047m high Broad Peak offers a unique climbing option. In the year of 1957 an Austrian team consisting some of the legendary mountaineers assaulted the summit for the first time. It is the 3rd highest in Karakoram Range and fourth highest in Pakistan. Owing to its unusual wide top, locally known as ‘Falchan Kangri’ and also bear the name of triple-headed Breithorn of Baltoro Glacier. The peak is located on the west end of the Baltoro glacier. A five days trek via Baltoro glacier takes up to the Broad Peak base camp.

In 1958 an American group scaled it for the first time while Austrians led by Fritz Moravec in 1956 hit the zenith of 8,035m Gasherbrum II, second highest of Gasherbrums.
This pure rock & icy pinnacles demands sheer determination and high-level technical skills. The approach route to the base camps starts from Skardu, which is connected to Islamabad both by air and land. Six days trek through Baltoro starts from Askole, the last settlement of Shigar valley.

As the year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible Guides, Cooks , & Porters of team Blue Sky Treks & TOURS . 🏞️ This year's adventures wouldn't have been half as amazing without their expertise, dedication, and the delicious meals they prepared for us!
From navigating challenging terrains to whipping up mouthwatering campfire feasts, these unsung heroes played a pivotal role in making every expedition a success. 🚀 Their passion for the great outdoors and commitment to ensuring our safety and enjoyment have truly left a lasting impact on each one of us.

• With this ascent, .harila and Tenjen Sherpa managed to climb all 14 eight-thousand-meter peaks. Kristin and Lama completed their project of the "Fastest 14 Peaks" in 3 months 1 Day (92 Days).

• Nima Rinji Sherpa, on a mission to climb all 14 peaks during his teenage years, completed his 8th 8000er by climbing K2 with Pasang Nurbu.

• These fellow climbers have demonstrated great skill, determination, and teamwork to reach the top of Mt. K2 in the Karakoram range. Their accomplishment is undoubtedly inspiring to the world of mountaineering. Well done!

Even Snowstorms couldn’t stop the our Elite Exped team from summitting .

100% success rate - all 13 team members summited between 12pm - 1pm local time.

All our team were strong and determined - they had made a good push to Camp 2 when the snow came in and the weather closed in.

This year this is the third 100 percent success
on 3 8000er led by our dai Mr.Nims dai.

Our second team, consisting of a total of 10 climbers (5 members + 5 Sherpas), has reached Camp III on Nanga Parbat and is currently making an attempt to reach the summit tonight.
