SWAT Valley - The Switzerland of Pakistan SWAT - The Switzerland of Pakistan is an initiative to restore and promote the tourism of Pakistan.

ABOUT SWAT:

Swat, "the paradise on earth" is in the north west of pakistan. District swat, is an administrative unit which lies in the jurisdiction of malakand division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa previously north west frontier province (N.W.F.P). Swat valley, the land of waterfalls, lakes, lush green hills and other gifts bestowed upon it by the nature, is only 270 kms drive from islamabad, the capital

of pakistan. Swat, an attractive spot for the outsiders to be visited as many times as possible due to it's natural beauty and unique culture. Swat, the princely state of the past, supports about 1330001 individuals having an area of about 8786 square km, a historic site of the world which has seen many rulers, cultures, civilizations and religions to be it's parts once in the history. The beautiful sites of the valley are,kalam, madyan, behrain, malam jabba, miandam and saidu sharif, while saidu sharif is it's capital.

👉 Time to reach From Kalam to Desan Meadows is 8-10 hrs.
👉 The trek from Desan Meadows to Godar Lake take about 2 hours one way.

The estimate terrain elevation above sea level is 12,565 feet. Although Lake is food for adventure seekers and nature lovers, the journey can be exasperating and requires strength. There is a chain of lakes after this lake as it starts from Godar to lake, lake, or black lake, lake and the chain end with lake.

Gabin Jabba (Pashto: ګبين جبه), which in Pashto means Honey marshes, is located approximately 65 km from Mingora on Matta Sakhra road within the Swat valley of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.It is an area in Swat Valley with green meadows, thick forests, snow-clad mountains, mineral springs and high peaks.
