Registered members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip having the details of the trip along with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form.
1. The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
2. The trip leader holds the right to take appropriate action against anyone found to be under the influence of any substance affecting other people in an adverse manner. This includes, in extreme situations, expulsion from the trip without any refund.
3. Use of violent behaviour including altercation, insinuations of indecent kind, verbal and physical abuse and assault, aggravated behaviour, or any other act amounting to unbecoming of a member are strictly prohibited.
4. Any act which might make any of the other members on the trip feel uncomfortable, threatened or offended is strictly not allowed. Done once, the person shall receive a warning and if they are found repeating some act of the same nature the Trip leader reserves the right to expel them from the trip right there and then.
5. All members would give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins. Water bottles, wrappers etc) shall be suitably disposed of.
6. The host reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive a full refund.
7. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such a situation, organisers will not be held responsible in any case.
8. On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioning of the buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
9. Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organisers will not be held responsible in any form.
10. Everyone shall be responsible for their own belongings. In case of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organisers will not be held responsible in any case.
11. On an adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organisers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
12. Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation with 8 days or more days left to the trip : 0% Deduction, 100% Refund
2. Cancellation with less than 8 days left to the trip: 50% Deduction, 50% Refund
3. Cancellation with less than 5 days left to the trip: 100% Deduction, 0% Refund
13. In case of refund, the Company will make a refund within 6 working days.
14. Organisers reserve the right to assign seats in the Coaster/Hiroof.
15: The Organisers reserve the right to use group photos for electronic/digital media.
16. Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.

Rakaposhi Base Camp 6 Days
This trek starts in the region of Minapin Village in the Nagar Valley of Northern Areas, Gilgit-Baltistan. This trek has very easy access from Karakoram Highway (KKH). It is one of the easiest treks in the Karakoram range, that suits all levels of physical fitness and age, leading to above 7000M Karakoram peaks base camps with sweeping views of Rakaposhi to Diran. The Minapin Glacier sweeps down from the 16 km long fluted snowy ridge that connects the Rakaposhi and Diran. The excellent short and easy trek from Minapin to Rakaposhi Base Camp, also known as Tagafari is an ideal introduction to trekking in Karakoram.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Montana Adventure Club strictly follows these terms and conditions. You are supposed to read all of them before signing up a trip with us.
Registered members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip having the details of the trip along with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form along with thumb impression.
1. The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
2. The trip leader holds the right to take appropriate action against anyone found to be under the influence of any substance affecting other people in an adverse manner. This includes, in extreme situations, expulsion from the trip without any refund.
3. Use of violent behavior including altercation, insinuations of indecent kind, verbal and physical abuse and assault, aggravated behavior, or any other act amounting to unbecoming of member are strictly prohibited.
4. Any act which might make any of the other members on the trip feel uncomfortable, threatened or offended is strictly not allowed. Done once, the person shall receive a warning and if they are found repeating some act of the same nature the Trip leader reserves the right to expel them from the trip right there and then.
5. All members would give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins. Water bottles, wrappers etc) shall be suitably disposed without the environment.
6. The host reserves the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.
7. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
8. On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioned of the buses will be operational on on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
9. Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
10. Everyone shall be responsible for their own belongings. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
11. On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
12. Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation with 8 days or more days left to the trip : 0% Deduction, 100% Refund
2. Cancellation with less than 8 days left to the trip: 50% Deduction, 50% Refund
3. Cancellation with less than 5 days left to the trip: 100% Deduction, 0% Refund
13. In case of refund, Company will make refund within 6 working days.
14. Organizers reserve the right to assign seats in the Coaster/Hiroof.
15: The Organizers reserve the right to use group photos for electronic/digital media.
16. Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.
17. The Organizers reserve the right to terminate / regret any participant due to indiscipline,

19. In case any member of the trip is caught indulging in any unethical or illegal activity strict action may be taken, in extreme cases this may result in separation from the group without any refund.
