Please go through the following terms and conditions. To become the part of AIRA Tourism, you have to follow our policy. We encourage you to read and agree with them carefully before booking a trip with us. All Participants will be handed over the Policy Document in which each participant should sign before the departure of trip:
1. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the trip, AIRA Tourism will not be held responsible in any case.
2. In Case of any unforeseen happening which cause any loss related to health or any personal belongings, AIRA Tourism will not be responsible.
3. Please take care about the other participants' respect. Anyone found guilty in this regard will be immediately dropped from the rest of the trip and the person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
4. Keeping or taking any drug or narcotics during trip or travelling with AIRA Tourism is strictly Prohibited. Any person found guilty in this regard will be immediately drop from rest of the trip and the person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
5. In case of any hostile weather conditions, the AIRA Tourism will decide any other possible option.
6. No amount will be refunded if any person leaves the trip at any stage due to any reason.
7. For any untoward situation caused by you, AIRA Tourism will not be held responsible and will not be held accused in any case.
8. Participants cannot bring any kind of explosive material or any weapon with them.
9. On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.
10. The members will take care that they are not involved in any character failing activity during Trip.
11. All members should give extra care for the local environmental care. Garbage (tins. Water bottles, wrappers etc.) shall be suitably disposed without polluting water sources.
12. The AIRA Tourism reserves the right to cancel trip without any prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate for them. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.
13. On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioned of the buses will be operational on on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.
14. The AIRA Tourism management reserves the right to assign seats in the Coaster/HI roof.
15. The AIRA Tourism management reserves the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media but with prior permission.
16. Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.
17. Read the Services included/not Included portion carefully.

Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the AIRA Tourism, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.

DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 0 @09:00PM Departure from Lahore. Outside Daewoo Terminal, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
Day 1: Departure from Lahore. We will drive through Hassan Abdal, Abbotabad, Mansehra, Ballakot, Kaghan, Naran and BataKundi, as our first stop for a night’s stay.
Day 2: After having breakfast at BataKundi, we will move towards Babusar Top (If open), and then will visit Gittidas, Dharamsar Lake, Sambaksar Lake. Then, we will move towards Basel for night stay.
Day 3: In morning, we will start the trekking towards the Dudipatsar Lake and reach the base camp for the night stay.
Day 4: After having breakfast, we will trek towards lake and after spending some time at the lake, we will return to Basel and then to Naran for the night stay.
Day 5: We will have breakfast in Naran and set for journey towards Lahore.

DETAILED ITINERARY
June 20 - Day 0 @11:00PM Departure from Lahore/Islamabad. Outside Daewoo Terminal, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore and Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
June 21 - Day 1: Departure from Lahore. We will drive through Hassan Abdal, Abbotabad, Mansehra, Ballakot, Kaghan, Naran and BataKundi, as our first stop for a night’s stay.
June 22 - Day 2: After having breakfast at BataKundi, we will move to Babusar Top, and then from KKH to Gilgit, then Gilgit to Naltar for the night stay.
June 23- Day 3: We will first visit all three lakes in Naltar Valley and after spending a half day there, then, we will move towards Sost for the night stay.
June 24- Day 4: After having breakfast at the hotel in Sost, we will start our journey towards Khunjerab Pass. Full-day tour and start our journey towards Hunza for the night stay.
June 25- Day 5: After Breakfast, a departure from Hunza to Naran, Overnight stay in Naran.
