اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے قرار دیا ہے کہ مسلح افواج کو اپنے دائرہ کار سے باہر بالواسطہ یا بلاواسطہ کسی کاروباری سرگرمی میں حصہ لینے کا اختیار نہیں اور نہ ہی پاکستانی فوج کسی سٹیٹ لینڈ (ریاستی زمین) کی ملکیت کا کوئی دعویٰ کر سکتی ہے۔ فوج کا مارگلہ ہلز پر 8000 ایکٹر سے زیادہ زمین پر ملکیتی دعویٰ بھی عدالت کی جانب سے مسترد کر دیا گیا ہے۔
