Since 1974, 70,000 employees have been sent by us to different regions of the world for employment, amongst which 15,000-20,000 employees are currently circulating in the Gulf and Middle East. The Recruitment Process
In the view of our motto which is “Right
Person for the Right Job”, we are dedicated to provide our valuable employers with the best available manpower to minimize the cost of project during its construction. Due to our firm fair dealing, our C.V banks remain loaded with the C.V’s of people who desire to go overseas by our firm. Not only is this, we also have developed a chain of scrutiny to filter the attributes of the person being recruited to the manpower. Our engineers and Technical staff spare no measures to select the suitable person. Some of our standards to assess the workers are:
• People passing 80% test are considered as “DONE” for that category
• People passing 50% of the test are considered as “ASSISTANT” of that category
• Ones falling below 40% are considered as “HELPERS”
To achieve Maximum output from the manpower, we introduced Help/Support Program in our firm to motivate workers like:
• Polishing their skills so that they can meet the guidelines provided by the employer.
• To train the worker further in case the technical expert feels that he is lacking some skills.
• Providing Psychological training through Industrial Psychologist to meet the challenges that workers face during the ex*****on of their jobs.
• Emphasize is given to worker’s character building to avoid any kind of political activities on the job site.
• A hypothetical work environment is presented to them so that they can get an idea of how the working environment will be in real. This further prepares the worker and makes him mentally ready to accept the environment. Post-this, workers, when recruited and sent are regularly visited after every 2 months while assessing their feedbacks. Apart from this, as soon as they get done with one project on which they have been sent, they, after that, report back to our office and are marked as “Done” with that project. Past this, the whole recruitment process is applied on them newly for any other project for which the demand is received.
