اگر آپ نے یکم اکتوبر 2022ء سےقبل اپنی ویزا درخواست کی فیس ادا کردی ہے، لیکن تاحال آپ کا انٹرویو شیڈول نہیں ہو سکا، تو ابھی اپنی پوسٹ کی جی ایس ایس سائٹ/شیڈولنگ سائٹ پر جائیں۔

ویزا درخواست دہندگان کو عام طور پر فیس کی ادائیگی کی تاریخ سے 365 دن دیئے جاتے ہیں تاکہ ادائیگی کی مدت ختم ہونے سے قبل انٹرویو کیلئے ملاقات طے کی جاسکے۔ مدت میں اس طرح کی توسیع کوویڈ-19 کی وبا کے دوران کی گئی تھی، لیکن یہ توسیع بھی 30 ستمبر کو ختم ہو رہی ہے۔ اگر آپ نے یکم اکتوبر، 2022ء سے قبل اپنی فیس ادا کی ہے تو آپ کو 30 ستمبر 2023ء سے پہلے ایک انٹرویو شیڈول کرانا ہوگا (یا اگر آپ انٹرویو سے استثنیٰ کے اہل ہیں تو اس کیلئے درخواست جمع کرائیں). اگر آپ نے مذکورہ ہدایاتکے تحت ایسا نہ کیا، تو آپ کو دوبارہ فیس ادا کرنا پڑ سکتی ہے!

نوٹ: انٹرویو 30 ستمبر 2023ء سے قبل طے کرانے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے، لیکن سسٹم میں ایک ملاقات کا شیڈول طے کرانا چاہیئے، پھر وہ مستقبل میں آنے والے مہینوں کے لئے ہی کیوں نہ ہو.

Visa applicants typically have 365 days from the date of payment to schedule an appointment before the payment expires. Certain extensions were granted during the COVID-19 pandemic, but these extensions expire September 30. If you paid your fee prior to October 1, 2022, you must schedule an interview (or submit your interview waiver application, if you are eligible) before September 30, 2023. If you don’t, you may have to pay the fee again!

NOTE: The interview itself does NOT need to take place before September 30, 2023, but an appointment must be scheduled in the system, even if it is for months into the future.
