You burn calories in the gym and build muscle in the kitchen. We combine a high intensity workout with a individualized tailor made meal plan (based on your BMR) that will enable you to use food to unleash your body's true potential. You do not have to eat less, you just have to eat right. Our meal plan is accompanied by a variety of recipes, both continental and desi so that you can use the quantities we provide you with to make your food both healthy and scrumptious. Additionally, you can proceed to engineer your own recipes based on the quantities of fat, protein and carbohydrates we furnish you, according to your requirements in order to convert our meal plan into a lifestyle, with details about 'pre/post workout nutrition'. Moreover, a detailed shopping list which contains valuable information surrounding all the ingredients you need to purchase to live in a robust, potent manner will be supplied.Every individual must consume six meals a days, this way your metabolism will remain active throughout the day and your body will turn into a fat burning machine. Most importantly, we will teach you how to rid yourself off your sugar/bad food addiction quickly and painlessly.
Here is a simple example of how our meal plan works; a regular plate of Chicken Biryani has approximately 450-650 empty calories on average. Our Chicken Biryani only has 250-300 HEALTHY CALORIES!
It's a bit like learning how to drive a car. When you first start out, you have to go for a few test drives, learn the basics, and get used to driving by practicing the principles. After a while, you can do it with one arm behind your back and one eye closed, while talking on your cell phone! ( Don't do any of what i just said.. It is illegal!). The point here is that this is exactly how our Forty Two day Program will work for you. We are not just going to lead you blindly day-by-day (Unless that is what you want, then we have you covered as well!). Instead, we are going to provide you with the knowledge of what to do, so that you will be fully equipped with the knowledge of food, diet strategies and work out regimes together to get in shape and stay in shape for the rest of your life.
As for the most ambitious part of the program, The Workout:
1. You will work out six times a week (from Monday to Saturday)
2. There will be weight training three times and cardio & abs three times each week for men and women both. The workouts change each week and become more advanced. There is warm up, pre & post workout stretches.
3. Every Sunday is a detox day, you will not workout on this day, you will substitute your meals for detox juice ( 6 times through the course of the day). However, this will radically flush your system and burn fat rapidly. Additionally, it will make you desperately look forward to the meals of the next day!
4. Every week the workouts will change so that your body never hits a plateau.
5. You will be provided with the equipment you need for each exercise at the classes which will then be available for you to have after the program is concluded so that you can practice the workout rituals at home, in your very own bedroom everyday in order to maintain the physique you have achieved.
6. You will be provided with a CD of each days workout at the completion of the program.
7. You will also be given all the recipes and ingredients of our meals and the timings of when to eat them, ofcourse you can adjust the timings depending on your work/ job routines.
8. You will also be provided with our personal number on which you can contact us at any point of the day and ask us what you are about to eat, when you are about to eat it and if you’re confused about something.
9. You will also be taught the difference between healthy calories and empty calories. For example if there are 100 calories in white rice, these calories have absolutely no nutritional value to your body and do not do anything for it, white rice will just enter your blood and be converted into sugar .. That’s it.. You might as well just eat 4 tablespoons of sugar. Whereas, the same 100 calories in brown rice will help transport protein into your muscles and help you lose fat rapidly!
We GUARANTEE that if you abide by our workouts and diet plan precisely, by the book, by the end of The Forty Two Day Challenge you will acquire a Six Pack. NOTE: Know that these 42 days are a challenge. By the end of it if you are happy with the way you look you can make Sunday a cheat day and also drink on Saturdays . But during the 42 days you must not drink as it slows your metabolism by a mile and it is very hard to drink the detox juice on a hangover!. Also if you wish to keep detoxing on Sundays after the 42 day challenge is over and repeat the challenge at home your body will further transform and you will keep getting ripped. You can repeat the challenge at home in life as many times as you want. And every time you do it you will get ripped further.
The Workout that will be held outdoors:
Considering that the program lasts for six weeks (and is not charged based on a four week monthly per quota basis) and there are six classes weekly, accompanied by the other essentials you as a client are provided with (tailor made meal plans, recipes, workout equipment, workout CD and an optional group photo at the end), the charges are Rs. 15000 for the entire duration of forty two days.
However, for the indoor/studio sessions the charges will be different as there will be more one on one attention. We also run Ladies ONLY session in the major cities.
