We will start from destination which we left in the middle. On 26th August 2022 on our way to Sharan we had to call off our tour considering devastating 2022 floods. Since then we got occupied in few things so couldn't really work on group tours. After settling in we are all set to restart again and will start with Sharan.

Stay tuned as after Sharan we unveil exciting new destinations and new experiences. We going Sharan ⛰️🚌🔥🏕️🌊

With ongoing winter season and february approaching a striking anomaly has been observed with the absence of snowfall. This unusual weather phenomenon carries significant implications for the country's natural ecosystem, presenting both immediate and long-term challenges.

Snowfall plays a crucial role in maintaining the ecological balance, particularly in regions with diverse topography like Pakistan. The absence of snow can disrupt various aspects of the natural cycle, affecting local communities, stakeholders and overall environmental stability.

One immediate consequence is the potential scarcity of water resources. Snowfall serves as a natural reservoir, storing water that gradually releases as it melts during the spring and early summer months. This process is vital for sustaining river system and supporting agricultural activities. Without this contribution water scarcity could become a pressing issue, impacting not only the rural communities dependent on agriculture but also urban areas facing water shortages.

The absence of snowfall can also disturb the life cycles of all living beings i.e. Plants and animal species. Plants, for instance, often rely on the insulating layer of snow to protect them from extreme cold temperatures. Similarly, certain animals depend on snow cover for camouflage, protection, and insulation during hibernation. The disruption of these natural patterns may lead to shifts in migration patterns, altered feeding habits, and potential population declines among various species.

Furthermore, the lack of snow cover can contribute to soil erosion and degradation. Snow serves as a protective layer, shielding the soil from harsh weather conditions. Without this insulation, the soil becomes more susceptible to erosion by wind and water, potentially leading to loss of fertile topsoil and degradation of agricultural land.

Climate change is likely a contributing factor to these unusual weather patterns. The global rise in temperatures can lead to shifts in precipitation patterns, impacting seasonal norms and challenging the resilience of ecosystems.

This will further worsen Pakistan's problem and create another dent to our agricultural industry. Alarming moment not only for Pakistan but whole world.

Here's a picture of Arrang Kel, Kashmir to give a rough idea regarding this anomaly..

I first came to Karimabad in 1981. There was only one small hotel. I will never forget that peaceful time. Today I wonder why man continues to be so stupid and makes the same mistakes over and over again. Money is not everything.

Some portions of Sindh's historical Ranikot Fort - known as the Great Wall of Sindh - have collapsed during the heavy rainfall and floods. The historical site is situated near Sann in Sindh's Jamshoro district.

According to a report, submitted to Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, the old walls were already vulnerable and would not be able to withstand the onslaught of heavy downpour - said to be the heaviest in the last 100 years.

Sunrise from 8700m on Everest - I guess the advantage of climbing in bad weather is that when daybreak happens its all rather moody and colorful! An angry thunderstorm cell still hangs around Mt Makalu in the distance.
