🍺 RECIPE FOR CURRIVURST

In Germany it's a popular and very simple dish. Why can't you still miss the booth in Poland at every step (just like in Berlin) where specially prepared sausages are sold? It's hard to answer this question because who doesn't dream of such a snack during the day?

🌭 Ingredients:
• favorite sausages (in traditional version these are white sausages),
• 1 tablespoon of margarine or oil,
• 2 tablespoons of tiny chopped onion,
• 2 tablespoons of good quality curry powder (cayenne pepper can be added),
• half to 1 tablespoons of sweet Hungarian pepper,
• 2 cups of ketchup,
• 1 glass of water

🧄 Steps of ex*****on:
Fry onions on fat (not brown). Add curry and peppers, quickly fry, add ketchup and water. Cook until the sauce thickens. Spice it to taste. Fry sausages in the pan. Pour sausages sauce and sprinkle curry slightly.

🏞 Lake of Four Cantons 🏞-lake in the central part of Switzerland. The lake covers an area of 114 km², thus is the fourth largest lake of Switzerland. It has a heavily extensive coastline with numerous links. Most of the lake shore are steep, in some places the mountains rise to a height of up to 1500 m above the surface of the lake. The name of the lake refers to four cantons located on the lake.

🌊 Rheinfall 🌊-Europe's largest waterfall in terms of flow. Located at the turn of the Rhine in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, the canton of Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Laufen Castle is dominated by the waterfall.

🏔 Titlis 🏔 - the summit in the Berne Alps, parts of the Western Alps. It is located in Switzerland in the canton of Obwalden. It belongs to the Urneński Alps band. It's covered by Titlis glacier. The summit can be reached with a roller coaster running on Klein Titlis, or walk from the nearby camping shelter Camping am Grassen

PRZEPIS NA FOUNDE

🧀Fondue – potrawa, której głównym składnikiem jest ser podgrzewany w specjalnym garnku na palniku. Mieszanka rozpuszczonego sera, białego wina i przypraw służy do zamaczania w niej kawałków pieczywa, ziemniaków lub mięsa. Do przytrzymania tych składników służy specjalny dwuzębny widelec, a garnek, w którym przygotowywany jest ser powinien być ceramiczny. Jest to praktyczna potrawa często podawana na zimowych spotkaniach towarzyskich, gdyż nie trzeba jej wcześniej przygotowywać. Istnieją też inne odmiany fondue np. winne lub czekoladowe.

Co warto zobaczyć we Włoszech?
⁃ Wenecja- miasto miłości położone na wyspach, to tu na romantyczne weekendy przyjeżdżają pary z całego świata, bo podróż gondolą po słynnych weneckich kanałach pod mostem Rialto to jedno z najbardziej romantycznych przeżyć.
⁃ Kalabria – autentyczne la dolce vita. To jeden z najmniej turystycznych regionów Italii i przez to najbardziej autentyczny.
⁃ Palermo- Liczne muzea i sezonowe wystawy przyjemnie zaskoczą nawet najbardziej wybrednych fanów kulturalnych wrażeń.
⁃ Wezuwiusz- wulkan nad Zatoką Neapolitańską w paśmie Gór Apenińskich. Widok zapiera dech w pieśia h!
⁃ Koloseum- amfiteatr Flawiuszów, mógł pomieścić 45 do 50 tysięcy widzów. Ma wiele galerii komunikacyjnych i arenę z systemem korytarzy.

Najbardziej włoski przepis... to przepis na pizzę! 🍕
Potrzebne:
• 2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
• 1/2 łyżeczki oregano lub kilka listków świeżego oregano
• 20 dag startej mozzarelli
• 150 g pieczarek
• 1 łyżka oleju
• 1/2 puszki kukurydzy
• 100 g salami pepperoni
• Ciasto
Pieczarki myjemy, siekamy na większe plasterki i smażymy na rozgrzanej patelni z dodatkiem oleju. Gdy się lekko zarumienią, wtedy przekładamy je do miseczki (opcjonalnie gdyby puściły wodę, wtedy je odcedzamy czy przekładamy na ręcznik papierowy).
Ciasto możemy podzielić na dwie mniejsze pizze lub zrobić jedną dużą. Ja podzieliłam je na dwie równe części. Wyrabiamy okrągły placek dłonią. Spód ciasta zawsze podsypuję kaszą manną zamiast mąką, dzięki czemu jest jeszcze bardziej chrupiąca. Na ciasto nakładamy łyżkę przecieru pomidorowego (pomijamy smarowania brzegów, sam środek), a także posiekane świeże listki oregano lub użyć suszone oregano. Posypujemy startą mozzarellę (ja dodatkowo dodałam posiekaną 1 kulkę mozzarelli w zalewie). Następnie nakładamy pozostałe dodatki, czyli kukurydzę, pieczarki, a także salami. Pieczemy w temp. 230 stopni przez 13-15 minut. Smacznego!

Pizza domowa to najlepsza możliwa przekąska na obiad czy kolację. Uwielbiają ją dorośli jak i dzieci! Wypróbuj ten prosty przepis na pizzę domową.

W Hiszpanii jest wiele ciekawych miejsc ze względu na jej bogatą historię! Warto zobaczyć:
⁃ pałac Alhambra, który znajduje się w Grenadzie i była twierdzą mauretańskich kalifów. Znajduje się ona na liście światowego dziedzictwa UNESCO.
⁃ Sagrada Familia, która jest symbolem miasta, świątynią której wnętrza powalają. Zaprojektowana przez Antonio Gaudiego, jest wciąż w budowie.
⁃ Park Güell, również zaprojektowany przez Antonio Gaudiego. Położony na wzgórzu park, w części turystycznej jest zatłoczony, dlatego warto udać się w boczne ścieżki, gdzie czas urozmaicą Wam uliczni grajkowie.
⁃ Casa Batlló, czyli niesamowita, surrealistyczna budowla w dzielnicy Eixample.
⁃ Alcázar- piękny zespół pałacowy z XI wieku. Wspaniałe ogrody, zabytkowa architektura. Miejsce, które zapada w pamięć.
⁃ Ogród Botaniczny w Maladze- Na 250,000 metrów kwadratowych powierzchni znajduje się ponad 2000 gatunków roślin i drzew. Jeden z najbardziej urozmaiconych przyrodniczo ogrodów botanicznych w Europie.

Teraz czas na przepis! Dzisiaj serwujemy przystawkę na wspólną kolację!
Przepis na paellę:
• mieszanka owoców morza np. blanszowanych i mrożonych (kalmarów, ośmiorniczek, krewetek koktajlowych i małży)
• dodatkowo (dla podniesienia walorów smakowych i wyglądu): 8 małży w muszlach, 8 całych krewetek w pancerzach z głową, 8 dużych obranych krewetek Black Tiger
• 2 łyżki oliwy lub oleju roślinnego (użyłam rzepakowego)
• 3 małe papryki lub po połówce dużej (zielonej, czerwonej i żółtej)
• 2 ząbki czosnku, starte na drobnej tarce
• 1 duży pomidor (użyłam malinowego)
• 1 łyżka koncentratu pomidorowego
• 1 łyżeczka czerwonej słodkiej papryki
• 1/2 łyżeczki wędzonej papryki
• 1/2 szklanki (125 ml) białego wina (użyłam hiszpańskiego półwytrawnego)
• 300 g suchego ryżu arborio, calasparra lub carnaroli
• 1 litr bulionu szafranowego

Mrożone owoce morza rozmrozić, wyłożyć na talerz wyścielony papierowymi ręcznikami. Rozgrzać patelnię, wlać oliwę lub olej, dodać paprykę i smażyć mieszając, dodać czosnek i pokrojonego pomidora, doprawić niewielką ilością soli. Dodać koncentrat pomidorowy, paprykę słodką i wędzoną, wlać wino, wymieszać i zagotować. Gotować na większym ogniu przez około 3 minuty aż ilość sosu zmniejszy się o połowę. Dodać ryż i powoli mieszając smażyć przez 2 minuty. Wlać gorący bulion, wymieszać i zagotować. Zmniejszyć ogień i gotować na umiarkowanym ogniu bez przykrycia przez 8 minut. Dodać owoce morza oraz dodatkowe krewetki i małże w muszlach, zmniejszyć ogień do minimum. Przykryć patelnię dwoma kawałkami folii aluminiowej i gotować dalej na najmniejszym ogniu przez 6 minut. Odstawić paellę z ognia i pozostawić pod przykryciem na dodatkowe 2 - 3 minuty. Posypać szczypiorkiem. Posiekać natkę pietruszki, wymieszać z oliwą extra vergine i startym czosnkiem, polać po paelli, podawać z cząstkami cytryny.

Paella. Paella przepis. Paella z owocami morza. Paella z krewetkami, małżami, ośmiorniczkami i kalmarami z papryką. Najlepsza paella. Najlepszy przepis na paellię.

Apparently there are as many recipes for cod (bacalhau) in Portuguese cuisine as there are days of the year. Bacaalhau à Brás can certainly compete for the most popular name. These are fried pieces of fish with small potato chips, flooded with egg mass, served with green parsley and black olives.
Cod to Brás

Ingredients:

• 500 g of cod fillets
• about 400 g of potatoes or 200 g of ready chips: batata palha
• 2 large onions chopped
• 4 fine chopped garlic cloves
How do you know?
• Olive oil
• A bunch of chopped chopped parsley
• About 20 black olives
• Salt, freshly beaten pepper

1. If we use dried, salted cod - the day before it should start wet, changing water several times. Without excessive content of cod salt, drain and tear it into small pieces.
