150’ taller than any existing building in Bellevue, 555 Tower is conceptually driven by a connection of city and sky. With a standalone retail pavilion encircled by activated open space and a soaring tower rising to 600 feet, 555 Tower elevates both the skyline and streetscape.

EVE RESIDENCES by HOMECORP AUSTRALIA
by Sexty Design [] for Homecorp

The sculptural form of Eve Residences rises 25 storeys above its dual waterfront and park front location. It is destined to become an iconic landmark that standing apart from its peers yet reflecting its environment. Inspired by the sand patterns found among the swirling tidal flats of the adjacent Broadwater, the tower’s fluid, curvilinear form is a monument to its coastal setting. In deference to the eternal rhythm of the sea, the balustrades gently rise to a crest at the centre of the building, oriented towards the Pacific Ocean

Thank you all for visiting us this past Thursday at the opening event of 3DWarsaw https://www.3dwarsaw.com/

We had a full house at the Klubokawiarnia Trema and some amazing presentations. We had the honor to be the host and tell you the story of our studio. Real Polygons and Unique Vision Studio who we admire for decades gave amazing speeches with tones of inspiration.

The most important was the audience, you made it feel like home and looking at your feedback we are sure now this is the formula we will continue to improve.

Tucked into the heart of vibrant Jackson Hole, the Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa is excited to welcome back longtime guests and first-time visitors to brand new hotel in Spring 2023.
Maintaining the best of what was, the new Rusty Parrot represents a thoughtful blend of modern luxury and familiar charm.
Designed by great team at Rowland+Broughton Architecture / Urban Design / Interior Design and illustrated by talented MOTIV STUDIO Team. The most challenging part was to smuggle the atmosphere of an iconic, timeless hotel with a modern luxury twist.

We took a day off and spent time together at the DS Team shooting range. Discipline and focus are key drivers for any success and definitely are the foundations for a safe and efficient firearm handling.
The entire Motiv team was very responsible and judging by the smiles it was a lot of fun. It was a blast! 🔫👌

Campus refresh: modern and inspiring.
A renewed Premera Blue Cross campus is underway. New Mountlake Terrace amenities building is under construction, with campus renovations in Mountlake Terrace and Spokane to follow.

Expanding Premera’s headquarters to include grassy open areas, energy-efficient buildings, renewable wood products, and a modern feel. Campus upgrade also includes improved dining, fitness, working, collaborating, and thinking spaces—where employees can connect and refresh. Employees can enjoy outdoor areas reflective of Pacific Northwest roots. Landscaping will mirror native, local landscapes and meld fluidly with the existing Interurban Trail weaving through campus.

1021 O Street project

Setting a new standard in sustainability for State of California office buildings, Sacramento Business Journal awarded our 1021 O Street project Best Public Project at their Best Real Estate Projects Awards breakfast in September. Built during some of the worst wildfires in California history, a global pandemic and labor and supply shortages, the project was delivered on time and within budget.

The success of this California Department of General Services project, the Department's first progressive design-build project, is attributed to the collaboration of the entire team including California DGS, HOK , Dreyfuss + Blackford Architecture, along with all stakeholders, consultants and trade partners.

MOTIV was involved at all stages of design process. From early competition time back in 2017 to final design with fully developed building.

Bibliothèque Départementale.
Eysines, France,Concours, 2020, 3 800 M²,
Competition for a Local library slipped into a park, rehabilitated house and extended equipment in burnt wood, in Eysines, France.

The "Clos Lescombes" forms a plot of approximately 8,300 m² occupied by a 19th century bourgeois house and by former cellars converted into stables. This site is part of the Domaine du Pinsan landscape which extends over 50 ha. It is a mix of wide forests and remarkable groves arranged in vast grassy clearings.

The architectural concept focuses around the bourgeois house to define a reinvented central place. The house, enhanced by an entrance gap, is stretched by a gallery which structures the western side of the project. Designed in wood structure and bio-based materials, the project is part of the landscape and heritage. It is a good example, where architecture is really environment oriented.

A new two story 36,255 sf research laboratory for NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center in the village of Mukilteo, Washington. The building serves as an example of building resilience, negotiating a long, archaeologically sensitive site, and delivering a durable building, inside and out, for the scientists to carry out their mission.
