One of the greatest thing about being a guide and an interpreter is to have an opportunity to enter some places 🏙️, which are usually closed or have very limited access to. On the photo you see first oficially planned and conducted archeological dig on the territory of former Jewish Ghetto in Warsaw. Former ones were conducted only during investments like constructions or demolishings. That one is just next to so called Anielewicz bunker, where the last organised group of Jewish insurgants, being surrounded by Germans, decided to commit a su***de on 8th May 1943, which in fact ended the Jewish resistance. That site was probably connected to the bunker, but... works are still continuing. It was an amazing and simultaneously tragic vibe of the past. You probably understand me.
