Pole Card Financial Aid: Steps to Getting Support 🇵🇱💰

If you're considering applying for financial aid through the Pole Card, here's a short plan of action:

✅Prepare the necessary documents: A photocopy of your passport, a photocopy of your Pole Card, and documents proving your address of residence in Poland.

✅Fill out the application for a residence permit: The next step is to apply for a permanent residence permit. This step is very important because financial aid is only available if you have a permanent residence permit.

✅Pay the administrative fee of PLN 10 to the account of the Urząd'a Miasta where you are applying.

✅Fill in the oświadczenia form stating that you intend to settle in Poland. This document will confirm your intentions and obligations.

If you move with your family, remember that each family member can also receive financial support. Include all family members in the application by attaching photocopies of their passports, marriage certificate (if available) and children's birth certificates.

❗️ Wait for results: After submitting the application and providing all required documents, wait for results. Applications may take some time to process, so be patient.

✔️Шаг 2: Apply for reinstatement

🔸Documents required to restore the Pobytu card:

✅Filled application form for card replacement.
✅Two photos of 35*45 mm size.
✅Copies of all completed pages of the foreign passport and the original document.
✅Copy and original "zaświadczenie o zameldowaniu". Please note that in order to obtain this certificate, the UUąd will require your passport, Pesel and rental agreement. The cost of issuing the certificate is PLN 17.
✅ Receipt of payment for the service.
