Kentucky's Daniel broke his inshore slam curse after 7 long years! We crushed it with trout and lady fish, then went 1/3 on tarpon. Just one red stood between him and glory - and he found it! What a day, Daniel! Thanks for fishing with us - until next year, stay hooked!

An attempt before the storm ☔️!!

First time Saltwater fishing, Theo was all artificial today (refused the 🍤, lol) Started the morning with some top water action and switched out to paddle tails once we were around the tarpon. Finished with the Inshore slam and jumped 2 tarpon! Every species caught was a first. We even lost a few big ones to keep us coming back, Thanks 🙏 Theo for choosing us for your fishing adventure.

Samantha (Air Force Veteran) always brings her aloha vibes and smile.She mentioned the word and we talked about her struggles with in the morning so we ADHOC our plans. We found fish right away and ended up with over a dozen snook, including her first on artificial!!! 🏆Trout were around and she jumped her first tarpon….had him for about 20 seconds before he spit the hook!!! On this evening, 23 years ago, 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work in the morning. 343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for their morning patrol & 8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift of saving lives. None of them saw past 10:00am on Sept 11, 2001.

In one single moment, life would never be the same.

As you live and enjoy the breaths you take tonight before you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, hug a little tighter, be kinder to one another and never take one second of your life for granted.

Today was one for the books! I had the incredible honor of fishing with a Navy veteran who not only shared his wealth of knowledge about the water and AIR (we were both in aviation) but also reminded me of the healing power of the great outdoors.

Fishing isn’t just about catching fish; it’s about connecting with nature, finding peace, and creating bonds that can make a world of difference in our mental well-being.

Being out on the water, surrounded by the beauty of nature, we found more than just fish (Tarpon/lady fish/trout/red drum/cat fish)—we found a sense of calm, clarity, and camaraderie.

Grateful for the opportunity to spend the day with someone who has given to our country, and to see firsthand how something as simple as casting a line can bring so much joy and relief.

Let’s keep spreading the word about how powerful fishing can be for mental health—especially for our veterans. 🎣💙

FIRST SLAM ALERT!!!! Rebel Fishing Alliance, she needs a ribbon and she might want a shirt!!!!! Slam by 10:30 and then some!!!!! Samantha slayed fish today, (her casting has improved immensely) we started in the search for juvenile tarpon and found a trout were he should not have been. We then started searching for snook and reds. It didn’t take long then it was madness for a few hours. Fish after fish after fish!!! We had no breaks and neither of us minded, 😝. We then brought out the umbrellas ☂️ and enjoyed a peaceful lunch break on the water. We found a couple of lady fish and some mangrove snapper to finish the day!!!
