Surfers Cove Our home is a newly constructed 2 story 1800 square foot house 3 bedroom 3 bath with a spacious yard There is plenty of parking.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Puntas in Rincon, Puerto Rico, our property offers the privacy and serenity you are looking for. The property offers ample space for everyone to spread as well as space for all your water toys (surfboards, kayaks, scuba gear, etc). There are several taxi companies that service the area but renting a car is recommended. Aguadilla International Airport (BQN) is only 3

0 minutes away. San Juan's International Airport (SJU) is about 2 1/2 hours away. Rincon offers Puerto Rico's most amazing sunsets. Well known for its world class surfing, Rincon offers waves for all skill levels. The Caribbean side of Rincon is perfect for swimmers and small children. Tres Palmas Federal Marine Reserve offers incredible snorkeling and Scuba Diving. Nearby Desecheo and Mona Islands have been nicknamed “The Galapagos Islands of the Caribbean” due to the islands' unique topography, ecology and location. Rincon has a small town feel and vibe; however, it has all the amenities and comforts you are used to! There is plenty to do in Rincon; however, the West Coast of Puerto Rico has plenty to offer. There are shopping malls, movie theaters, golf, an ice skating ring, a water park, and a zoo all within a short drive (30 minutes). Camuy Caverns, Arecibo Radio Telescope, and State Parks featuring Zip Lines, hiking trails, and beautiful waterfalls are all within a short drive. Come and enjoy our town and our beautiful island!
