Wonderful beach in Puerto Rico.

Playa Puerto Nuevo in Vega Baja is a unique beach. Rocks protect a part of the beach from the oncoming waves, and when a huge wave hits the rocks it offers up a spectacular show of waterfalls cascading into the shallow water by the beach.

Aguada resident Nelson Ruiz was inspired by a trip to Chichén Itzá in Mexico to recreate a Mayan-style pyramid on his property. At the spiritual level the pyramid is a symbol for the integration of self-and soul.... It was built to eventually serve as mausoleum for Ruiz and his wife, which, to be fair, is what pyramids were originally used for. @ Aguada, Puerto Rico

La Perla established in the late 19th century. Initially, the area was the site of a slaughterhouse. Sometime after, some of the slaves, farmers and workers started living around the slaughterhouse and shortly established their houses there. As well the cemeteries to be established away from the main community center; in this case, outside the San Juan city walls.

Founded in 1579 Coamo is the third-oldest settlement of the island. Home of a series of natural hot springs, Los Baños de Coamo, which have attracted visitors since before the Spaniards landed. These springs were once rumored to have been Juan Ponce de León's legendary "fountain of youth".

This full day experience starts at Gozalandia, a waterfall like you have never seen before, located in San Sebastian, on the Northwest region of the island. From there, enjoy a traditional lunch meal at one of the local Lechoneras.
