Good morning!! Things are already better than yesterday ❤️ Looking to be sunny, with cleanup round the clock, and dry out! Maybe power will be back today❤️ ⬇️ FEW NOTES...... ⬇️

1.River levels are already down and back to regular levels in most spots-- these apps we have with monitoring stations Island Wide are very helpful😎

2.I would NOT feed into some of the "hysteria posts" on travel pages by people who have no idea what's going on, they look silly.

3. Any questions, just call! Our business is literally
ALL ABOUT SAFETY-so if you have a question, ask us- we prefer that instead of some random person at your hotel trying to give you incorrect information.
GO TO THE SOURCE, please. ❤️
4. NO BEACH TODAY!! No, no , no- let it clean itself- the rivers were chocolate - use your resorts pool of graba Pool pass! 😎

Hello to all! Sorry for the delay- many thanks for all the texts asking if we're ok. We are..... Power went out at 2:00am, then a tree snapped, and I don't expect our road to obtain it for a day or 2 more- food is all trash but we're safe! ❤️ I can see your messages but I'm really tucked away so I can't answer- they don't go through. Everyone has rescheduled with us so we're grateful for that ❤️lots of flooding and down trees as expected. Call if anything as my texts aren't working.
We did manage to find a big free avocado so was a good day!

P.S.- The river levels are slowly coming down back to normal, this will take today and part of tomorrow barring any additional rains!! We have apps and we have been there 2x today always checking ❤️
🎯🎯 NOT EVERYWHERE IS LIKE THIS! ALL RESORTS are operating as NORMAL- don't be fooled by some of these things I'm seeing....AND Also eeew all the rivers running to the oceans-- stay out! Give it time to clean itself.... I heard Tourists today in front of Costa Mia Restaurant in Fajardo in the water!😡

Hello! Let's talk this weather--- I like to always wait , with caution to see how these storms move.... few key notes--
If you need meds- most things antibiotics, inhalers , z packs get to local farmacia u can get no script.....
Ferry service suspended tmrw- no school- National Guard activated - price freeze so the owners cant up charge for basic supplies ( canned goods, water, gas)- airlines showing emails of possibility of cancelled flights etc- If you're here- go get waters, snacks, candles- if ur in an AirB/B- check to see what u have for water cisterns- if not u better fill some pots to flush the toilets and shower( we heat water on the stove and use a cup) For us- when the power goes so does the water- If you're flying in- check status so ur not stranded in the airport and get on those creditsOR wait till they cancel for your refund.... I did run to the store for extra waters and gas and you can see was a mess-- if anyone needs anything or is nervous just text me ❤️ 787-505-3989 ok. The speed tells me it will arrive /pass quicker than originally noted and the rest we wait

Boy let me tell you!! Today's group was GREAT! Changed their day for the storm- made us laugh nonstop- not one complaint about anything!! Ohio and Jersey shore came through today!😎😎

These are the days we ❤️!! Our Trini Family Dian- then Lika Lopez De Victoria, and her friend Emma!! Happy Birthday!! Now, Dian and her mom and Dad were exceptional people to take on tour today!! We laughed, conquered fears(Dian is NOT a swimmer, yet she trusted me to catch her on the slide and a jump!! She also floated and learned to snorkel!!🙌🏼
These days become memories that last forever!

Buenos Días!!! A FEW NOTES TO REMEMBER 🎯

1. When inquiring of a muddy rainforest adventure- we explain what we do- we stop multiple places and if you're in a group tour- that is where we're going ❤️ We have this down to a science- we love what we do, but this is our route and times,etc...no changes unless we add stops❤️ Pickup times wil not vary on the Rainforest--- our other tours yes!

2. Speaking of times- PR and all other Caribbean Islands open early! We want to wake up to the sunrise and get moving- and that's how we operate our company. Some over the years have questioned it- but when they were done ALL of them said how it worked better! So- to those of you who did that - THANK YOU!

3. There is no ferry to St.Thomas from PR- there used to be one before 2017--- they are working in one to leave from Fajardo, however it is not running yet.

4. Bug Bites/Ailments of the skin--- Could Be jellyfish eggs, no see-ums, fly bites,or mosquitoes...Everyine uses Vicks - however please load up on sprays if you're at the beach sunrise or sunset--

5. Booking things early-- For us Mid October starts high season through January-- PLEASE BOOK EARLY in your stay in case we have to switch a day and EARLY in the months before arrival-- ALL TOURS will sell out - thats Rainforest, Bio Bay, ATV, Ziplining, Etc etc ---

Few things to remember when visiting!🇵🇷

1. Sometimes people think "half day" tours are too long. Remember to factor in time it takes to arrive to destination-metro area for example- it will take 1 hour each way to get to our area❤️
2. SOLO TRAVELERS---🎯Putting your exact location with dates of where you're staying on a travel page isn't the best idea..... just in case ❤️
3. Book your tours EARLY in case they have to be moved!!-- today is a perfect example- we had weather issue so we cancelled. However the group has another day for the adventure so it works out good! ❤️
4. Bites at the beach! Sun up, sun down, I won't be at the beach to avoid the "no see um" bites...... If you do make sure u spray yourself...❤️
5. Water shoes- Have a cheap pair for the ocean, see urchins, glass, and whatever else you don't want to spoil the day with a cut.( easoecially young kids)❤️
6. Driving time--- allow extra always! A good example is San Juan to Dorado- says 17 miles but those 17 miles take me no less than 36-45 minutes each time

❤️❤️❤️ Couple things!! ❤️❤️❤️

First, thanks for ALL the sneaker and clothes donations these last few weeks!! They're all cleaned and found homes already!

Second- we were able to help 5 kids buy all their back to school uniforms, books, and supplies with tour tips and some donations we've saved!

Third- we're still in need of leggings, sports bras, and tanks for the working women in our area....

Thank you again, all of you- always supporting us to help support our kids and street family..

2. Our pickup times are the basis of our company- we are not going to change that--we do this to avoid crowds,and have other stops for you!! Plus, you still get back in time to have the whole afternoon free!

3. Please remember your spare clothes for the activities AFTER the tour!

4. Remember to check your area to ensure you have all your belongings before getting out of the vehicle.❤️

5. The weather! Dont cancel your vacation - it has said 30-60% for the last 13 YEARS.. most times it passes quickly.

6. Please do your due diligence when booking "services" from a travel page..... more and more are pop ups with not even a business license or insurance.. 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯

7. On the day of your tour- There is a number provided - please Call, not text, the driver Directly. If it doesn't go through- use What's App please.

8. We accept bookings with advance notice -please do not call at midnight asking for a tour that leaves in the early AM.

9. BOOKINGS FOR HIGH SEASON--- BOOK EARLY & IN ADVANCE ❤️ We have a list running for OCT-NOV-DEC. Most clients book 4-7 months out.

Outstanding all around!! Mahly led the day today allowing earlier pickup time, then Amber, then Mary-- and that's how you get it done!! And my group here to play baseball from Texas drove all the way up from Arroyo to join the group 😎 I can't say much more except Ourstanding- all kind to each other, kids were on best listening behavior, it was the day we wish for every day! 🎯🎯🎯 Happy Friday!! Let's Talk!! 🎯🎯🎯
Some questions we get a lot......
1. Do u take solo travelers? Of course! We have no minimums on our day!
2. Can I wear an open toe biker? NO- and why? We've seen over a dozen pairs break- plus volcanic rocks no thanks! Top of the foot must be covered on our tours
3. Can We meet you? YES- about 30% want to hit the east side beaches after our day so meeting us makes more sense and saves drive time.
4. Do I have to bring spare clothes? YES- we don't you sitting for hours in wet things! No good for the body either.
5. Do we just go to the forest? NO- we make multiple stops for eating,sight seeing, etc...
6. Should I reserve ahead? YES- most clients book 4-8 months out... we've had to send many guests these last 2 months away for lack of space.
7. Your website is live? YES- that means at any time space could be sold, which is why I ask you to text to hold tentatively your date just in case.
8. Special prices for groups over 10? YES-- we do make exceptions for larger families to go all together (over our 9 max)- and for that a discount is given..
9. Do you make itineraries? YES- for over 3.5 years now- call and ask!
10. Do you promote other companies businesses?
YES! We dont offer boat trips or photography or cooking classes, so if it's out of our realm of experience- we gladly send you our favorites who will take the best care of you!
