When in Vieques, please don’t drive super fast for the sake of the horses. There are horses everywhere! Adult horses are easy to read their body language. They usually know not to get in the way when cars are going. However, this is not the case when they are mating, fighting over territory or simply foals running around and playing. Protect the horses, protect your rental car, enjoy your vacation.🙃
