Beautiful three double plus single bedroom villa with private swimming pool in the heart of the traditional picturesque village of Figueira near Salema in the western Algarve. Family bathroom and another bathroom with shower cubicle on the ground floor. All bathrooms with heated towel rails. Wood burning fire in the lounge area with flat screen television with satellite channels . Open plan living

and kitchen area. Kitchen with granite work surfaces and table. American fridge freezer with water dispenser, range oven, microwave and dish washer. Separate utility room with washing machine. sun room with dining room table and chairs, double sofa bed and book shelves with books and games. Outside area consists of large patio with outside shower, gas BBQ, sun loungers, bench seats, dining table and chairs. This was our home for 8 years and is very comfortable in the summer and winter due to the walls being 1 meter thick, cold in the summer warm in the winter. The house has solar hot water which can be switched to gas in the winter if it is dull for a couple of days. Figueira is a quiet village even in the height of the summer with its own restaurants and bar. Figueira beach is an easy 20 minute walk away with lovely views. Salema is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive, it has more restaurants and shops.
