Every time you feel down, means that you are not connected to your Higher Self.
You never feel bad because of outside circumstances but because you put your focus on something else as an effect of circumstances.
You get off the path of harmony which you experience as despair, emptiness,lonelyness, all in all as negative feelings. All negative feelings contain the feeling of emptiness because you know that your'HIGHER'SELF isn't with you.
But your higher self never joins you when you are with negative feelings. She holds herself in a high vibrations at all times and if you want to join her you must go to her. As in lift your vibrations higher by thinking about thoughts that make you feel good. The point is , that you have to be the one to lift yourself to her,never expect her to come down to you.
The harmony between you and your higher self is crucial for you, if you have this, you have everything. You are happy, you are whole you bath in love, you are healthy, you get answers to your questions, your projects start moving and you find all you were looking for in the outside world.
You will not need anything because you are in your vibrations what you were waiting for.
And because this is what you radiate from you, according to the Law if Attraction you will only attract similar situations and experiences.
Notice, that everything you are waiting for is already in you Nd once you understand this it will appear in your world.
