Join us at Quinta da Fonte for a deep grounding into healing sound relaxation with yoga. We will use specially chosen doTERRA Essential oils to enhance your yoga and meditation experience. You will then have another oil to help you sink deep into relaxation, whilst you allow your mind, body & soul to be free and bathed in the sound of the gong. After your practice you will be served a delicious vegetarian or vegan organic meal prepared with love at this beautiful Quinta.
