Casa da Avó, Vila do Porto is close to many reference points in the island, historical landmarks, restaurants & bars, supermarkets, library, museums, souvenir shops, wine stores, and others; 10 min away, by foot, from the harbour, marina, and Fort of São Brás. The Fort serves as a lookout and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean, marina and fishing boats. Praia Formosa, considered the

best white-sand beach of the Azores, is about 12 km from Casa da Avó; Pico Alto, at about 10 km, is a mountain’s area from where you will be able to see the entire island sea coast, typical inland villages, valleys and water streams, and the island's luxuriant green vegetation.
Children and seniors are welcome (street level) Private parking for one vehicle. Street parking. Accommodates up to 4 guests. Casa da Avó also provides:
Kitchen appliances and accessories
Bathroom with shower and bidé
Linen and towels
Washer and drier
Portable BBQ
Terrace with table, chairs, and umbrella

Daily price is seasonal. Please let us know what are your preferred reservation dates. Down Payment: 10% of total reservation and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified after that or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Meals are not served.
